When Hunter and Asha’s worlds collide, neither is able to walk away from the other.
Asha has a simple plan for her life—her hopefully soon-to-be immortal life. All she’s ever wanted was to be so powerful that no one could ever hurt her again, and once she becomes a Vampire her dream will come true. Sure, being a Vampire’s protégé isn’t the easiest job a girl could have, but there are far tougher roads she could be walking, like following in her drug-addicted mother’s footsteps.
Hunter Arany hates Vampires, and with good reason. So when Dark Wolf Enterprises is forced to hire a group of the blood-suckers to find out who’s been stealing company money, he’s sure having them around will be a problem. He never figured it would the Vampires’ human servant who causes him the most trouble—trouble of the love and life-mate kind.
He’s hoping to convince Asha a brighter future exists in his arms, but old dreams fade slowly and can become living nightmares—of the dying kind.

A.M. Griffin is a wife who rarely cooks, mother of three, dog owner (and sometimes dog owned), a daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She’s a hard worker whose two favorite outlets are reading and writing. She enjoys reading everything from mystery novels to historical romances and of course fantasy romance. She is a believer in the unbelievable, open to all possibilities from mermaids in our oceans and seas, angels in the skies and intelligent life forms in distant galaxies.
They say three times is the charm and for A.M. Griffin, that is certainly true as she hits even greater heights with book three in her Dark Wolf Enterprises series. HUNTER CLAIMED is filled with action, fabulous characters and a life lesson or two woven into a tale that with get a chokehold on your emotions. Prepare for a maze of events leading to that final page in true Griffin style!
Hunter is a wolf shifter whose parents were murdered by vampires. Asha is a human working as an assistant to a powerful vampire in hopes of being turned one day. She isn’t looking to be immortal as much as to be so powerful that no one can hurt her as they have all of her life.
When the Dark Wolf Enterprises needs an outside investigator, they are forced to call on the vampires to discover who is embezzling their funds. Color Hunter angry, livid and mistrustful until his wolf says Asha is their mate. Fate has played crueler tricks, at least she is human, right? All he has to do now is convince her she belongs to him without upsetting her vampy boss…too much.
Meanwhile, will the vamps find the money trail and show the wolves the money and the culprit? A.M. Griffin fills each page with an intensity and adds just enough kinks and knots in the story line to make putting this book down almost impossible! And that ending? Nope, didn’t see that one coming!
I received an ARC edition from A.M. Griffin in exchange for my honest and voluntary review.

Hunter Claimed is book three in the Dark Wolf Enterprises by A.M. Griffin. The story pulls you in and doesn't let go. So much happens, with new possibilities.
What happens in Hunter Claimed will surprise you. I was shocked at some of the developments and decisions certain characters made. In the end it all worked out, but added a new development and direction for the series to go.
This was an emotional read with some twists and surprises, closer on the embezzlement, and new possibilities for all.
The emotional turmoil that happens with all the characters is intense. I found myself pulled into their lives and issues. It was great getting to go inside Hunter and see his fears, nightmares, and hatred towards vampires. As well as getting to see inside Asha and why she is determined to; become a vampire.
The relationship is a slow blossom; between Asha and Hunter. It was sweet. Their imprinting and bonding was different and played out nicely.
I had a delightful time reading Hunter Claimed and look forward to another installment in the Dark Wolf Enterprises series. If you enjoy paranormal romance and vampire wolf-shifter dynamics that are different, then you might enjoy this story.

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.
Book three in the series, and I recommend you read books one, Dark Wolf Enterprises, and book two, Lover Claimed before you read this one. Not TOTALLY necessary, but I think you should.
And just like that, we are back up to 5 stars!
Hunter, cousin to the Farkas brothers, hates vampires. A rogue group killed his parents while he and his little sister, Ezie, had to watch. So when his Alpha brings in a vampire accounting firm to finally plug the leak, he isn't happy. It's their assistant though, that causes Hunter's wolf to come front and centre. Asha has only one goal: to prove that she is better than the sum of her parents, and the vampires will help her get it.
Oh I loved this one!! So much better than book two, and on a par with book one. I've no idea why book two didn't quite work, but there you go.
We finally get the whole story of who and WHY the vampire is embellishing and HOW they are doing it! And that's now all wrapped up in a big fat bow. Kinda. Sorta. Almost.
Hunter's wolf is very taken with Asha, and their coming together is powerful. We get that sucker punch kind of feeling when they look into each other's soul. I missed that in book two.
I loved the way it all played out between Hunter and Asha. I'm not going into any details, because that's spoilers. I didn't like Clarissa and what she did to Asha throughout the story and towards the end, especially but what she did, cost her dearly.
Hunter's sister is now missing. For a while, I thought Ezie was seeing the Alpha behind everyone's back, but that played out differently.
But the eldest brother, Andras, he still needs a story! I still think, that somehow it might be Ezie, but then there was that one line, when they all went to meet the head of the Vampire house that set all sorts of alarm bells ringing!
So, please, Ms Griffin! Will the Alpha get his story and how long will I have to wait!!
Asha main goal in life was to become strong and invincible so no one could ever hurt her again.
Hunter's main goal was to protect his pack family. I love how the author shows Asha was already strong without becoming someone else and Hunter was attracted to that fire . I also love how the author showed how Asha only made the group of people she was around stronger be it vampires or wolves.
I think this is the best book in the series to date. It had a fantastic storyline and great characters. I felt so much empathy for the heroine, Ashe. She should have been loved all her life, but wasn't. And she had far more courage than she ever realized. This story had a lot of life lessons, all wound around an emotionally wrenching story. Hunter was perfect for Ashe, in so many ways. I read the story in one sitting, it was that good.
Great finish to this series but their is room for more the suspense had me on the edge but I did guess right ,this book has everything well done the author
This is my review and how I see it. Author A.M. Griffin, paranormal vampire-wolf 34573438shifter love story explores a different outlook of a human turned vampire who bonded to a wolf shifter before her change.
Asha ~ a protege the vampire who recused her from a life that Asha did not want.
Hunter Arany ~ a wolf shifter who is overseeing the vampires hired to find Dark Wolf Enterprises stolen money and the person responsible.
Although this reader could see what was playing out before her eyes for these two has they interacted with each other. Asha was able to experience so much with Hunter, things that she never thought she could experience. Hunter came to her 'rescue' and stood up for her and she could not understand her attraction to him.
I really enjoyed the well-developed characters in this book and how the story played out. The imprinting and bond won.
Asha character as a vampire reminded me of Bella from Twilight just a little in the fact that she could restrain herself from hurting Hunter as a newborn vampire.
This book is for anyone who likes to read paranormal books. The vampire wolf-shifter dynamic was different, but not in a bad way different.
Who likes to read cookie cutter books, not me...
The author has provided a free copy of her work in exchange for an honest review.
Asha Higgins was a young runaway when she was found by a Vampire. Now she is a qualified accountant, and part of the team that are going to help Dark Wolf Enterprise find out who is stealing from them. Wolf shifter Hunter Arany is temporarily in charge of security and is not happy about having vampires working for them. He has a lot of very bad memories of what they can do. This is the third book in a series that should be read in order because of the background story. Our hero is a bit distracted from a family affair that could be dangerous. Our heroine is in way over her head and is for some reason happy about it. Lots of tension between everyone and lies and danger everywhere. A great action filled addition to the series, and with a teaser at the end for the next story that I must have.
