This goes into my all-time favourite business & marketing books. YES, it's that good.
It's practical, well-paced, with applicable examples, templates and action steps. Learnt so much and I highly recommend it. I might have to read again in a few months to refresh the wealth of information Mr Dean has shared.

its one of those books with so many action points I kept using my phone to take pictures of my kindles screen so I wouldn't forget! Everyone one of the action points I implemented has had positive returns but I still have tons of more to get through.
