The BEWARE Duet: Box Set

Rate this book
This love story is full of dishonesty, disloyalty, shattered hearts, lies, and pain. This isn’t a fairytale. This is REAL. And it just might break you.
You’ve been warned…

BEWARE.

- This boxed set contains dark, twisted elements that some may not find suitable for them. Though it is a wild ride, it is DEFINITELY still romance.

BEWARE:
Ace I liked how he had to put in a little effort with London:
"Have a minute Or are you busy doing girly things?" His tone full of sarcasm.
"Well, I just finished shaving my underarms and legs, washing my face, flossing and putting on some makeup to go nowhere, but I'm all set now," I say, returning the sarcasm. He laughs. "What is it?" I ask.
The boy sometimes had just no damn patience, "he sighs, obviously getting annoyed with me. "Do I have to state the obvious? GO get a drink, then come back up here so I can eff you." When London is with Ace the girl gets a little dirty, "effing you on this counter," he says, then places a kiss on my collarbone. "Hard. Til I feel you come all over my legs." I start to nod, but I'm too late in responding. In just one stroke, he shoves his co** inside me, pulling me closer to him by my a**." I didn't like what happened at the end and you can bet your a** I bit**ed out Shanora! Other than that I loved the book.

THE COMEBACK:
Ace Crow is back badder, sexier, a bigger bada** attitude, and jealousy something I don't think he's ever experienced, "London,” Ace’s voice is gravelly. Irritated. “I’m here for you and the child I just found out is mine. Does it look like I give a one eff about Greg." He's also naughtier and insatiable I mean it's been three years after all since he's had his woman, "It was a good, quick eff. We’ll soon make love. Don’t worry." I fell in love with him all over again, "That’s one persistent man of yours,” the nurse says, stepping around to lift my gown. “He wouldn’t leave at all. We had to beg him to go home and change clothes… eat… something. He finally caved yesterday." I love Ace and the first book ending was brutal, so brutal that I bi***ed out the author, I'm so glad she listened to the fans and wrote another book.

This series was so frickin good. After reading Tainted Black and Untainted I have quickly become a Shanora Williams fan. This duet series did not fail. Her writing is everything. I loved the feel and flow of this series. Ace and London went through hell and high water literally, maintained their love and loyalty to each other and still came through the end of the tunnel. I'd definitely recommend reading this. Beautifully done. I'm totally about to binge read all Shanora's books now.

Can’t get enough

Shanora Williams, I can’t tell you how glad I am to have come across your books. I picked up BEWARE this Monday and I just finished B2 this Thursday evening. I would have been done sooner but work got in the way 😉. Reading is my drug and your style had me craving more and more as I kept turning the pages. I actually FELT the sorrow and hurt, the terror when it seemed their clock would stop ticking... hell of a ride. Can’t wait for Bianca’s story. I really hope you give us a side view of what Red and Ace are up to. I would LOVE to be in the delivery room for their baby?? Hint hint. I want to feel Ace’s heart expand and feel all he feels in those everlasting moments. See a little more into his soft side... perhaps change a diaper? Whatever you write, I know it will kick ass. You have a fan for life. Now hurry up with Bianca’s story.

Goshh! First off I have to say Shanora never seizes to amaze me! I’m kicking myself for not reading this sooner. Shanora’s bad boys are good for making me weak in the knees. Always. And this Duet here did just that. Filled to the brim with so much Passion, loneliness, violence, heartbreak and everything in between. It’s packed I’m telling you, packed with so many twists and turns you’d never see coming! Add in the one and only Ace Crow! Well all I’m going to say is read this book, go in blind because it’s amazing and a absolute MUST READ!!! ❤️

Ace and London's bizarre love story

I seriously couldn't put this book down. I loved the bad side of Ace Crow and the despaired life of London. When both meet it only gets crazier. There ups and downs were heart wrenching and crazy. But love and honor prevails. Excellent story once again by one of my favorite author. Highly recommended.
