So this book was just so good, sweet, and safe that I adored the hell out of it!
The hero, Jacob, was a very much effected by the heroine, Harley, in that within minutes of seeing her for the first time...bang LOVE!
I freaking love stories like this!
It appeals to my inner romantic who still believes in love at first sight.
The pragmatic in me might call it lust but who cares...it worked for me!
They meet but she is underage at 17 and he is 24 so not a big age difference...YAY!!!
He has to wait until she is 18 in 3 months and he does!
Also, they are both virgins! As she tells him verbally and he recalls
"It had been three long and hard months. Hell, it had been twenty-four years of no action, but I never wanted a woman to the point of pure pain. Women didn’t fit in with my plans."
HELL, they even worked in the same industry, hotel and tourism.
Finally, a perfectly matched couple!!!
Now, if I had one bad thing to say about this book it would be that the length was to short. I would have loved more time with them.
However, I can't even complain about this as Ms Steele gave me a 25 YEARS EPILOGUE!

I loved this one! A great start of the series. C. M. Steele always writes insta-love stories with OTT alpha males and beautiful epilogues.
The story is about Jacob and Harley.
He visited a small town where the Middleton Hotels Group will build three of their hotels. She's working at the front desk and he already wanted her the first time he saw her. He just can't claim her yet and waited for the right time to do it.
It was short and fun but a very enjoyable read. I loved the epilogue!

One of the things that I enjoy about CM Steele is the fact that I know I can read her book without all of the nasty stuff I hate.
Always alpha heroes, OTT antics and instalove at its finest.
Jacob meets Harley while visiting a hotel property that he and his brother's are interested in buying. One look and it's instalove. Unfortunately, he can't act upon his feelings because she is 3 months shy of her 18th birthday.
With the exception of her beloved grandma, Harley is alone in the world. She is instantly attracted to Jacob but he leaves the morning after meeting him without a goodbye. It's not until her 18th birthday that she finds out he did not forget her.

Jacob went to this small town to visit the hotel that their company has acquired and plans to renovate. He met Harley, as she was assigned to the hotel's reception desk. It was insta-love for him, but when he found out she's only 17 and will be 18 in three months, he left her for the time being because he knew he wouldn't be able to stop himself from claiming her. On her 18th birthday, he returned and finally took his girl.
Overall, this is a fun and quick read. Short but great to uplift my mood from reading too much dark romance 😂

This was a steady flow of a sweet hot sexy story.
A hot sexy businessman meeting a sweet shy girl that he immediately falls for! I have to say that I liked the fact that Jacob was patient and waited for Harley. But the minute that she was legal all bets were off.
CM Steel did a awesome job of this story that kept you hooked from the first page to the last page. Passion chemistry and happily ever after... What more could you ask for...

Story is about a hot sexy and rich businessman meeting a girl that works at the hotel he plans to buy. Jacob falls hard and fast for Harley but he must wait till she is of legal age! Harley is a virgin and If I'm not mistaken it is implied that Jacob is also a virgin. I'm not into virgin heroes at all but Jacob was sex on legs. 4 stars instead of 5 because their first time together kind of faded to black and I hate that when it happens. Can't wait for Jacob's brother story. This author always delivers! And her epilogues melted my heart! So cheesy and cute!

Kind of cute, supremely weird, cringey, one dimensional, took insta-love to a whole new level, creepy if she hadn't reciprocated since he had plans to marry her after one look, way too short to be any good, author was actually okay if she wrote more and added depth to them. both virgins (not that he informed her- we know through inner monologue) my review is pretty much longer the book, very lol inducing. Books 2&3 replicas of book 1 with different brothers all virgins - that didn't help the cause.

Holy alpha hotness!!! Jacob is a young wealthy businessman who's inspecting three properties for future hotels. That's where he meets Harley our young and innocent heroine!!! From the moment Jacob's land on Harley he knew she was the one!! One problem though her 18th Birthday wasn't for three months. From the get go sparks flew, but Jacob left Harley be until her 18th Birthday. Once she turned 18 Jacob was back claiming his girl!! His over the top antics and the need to consume her was HOT!! He did everything in his power to get and keep the woman he feel in love with at first sight!!
This story is insta love to the max!! Fantastic novella!! Can't wait to see what CM has in store for us next!!!

This Middleton brother was a certifiable stalker, less than Joe though, ok his watchdog was a stalker. Actually more of a colleague of heroine, and a stalker and her guide dog!

I have to say I am not a fan of insta in a contemporary setting, though I still enjoy this one a lot as our H is really sweet and amazing.
H is instantly smitten with our h right off the bat and you see how hard he fell and how determined he is to win her. Really sweet with how he plans everything around her and is considerate of her happiness by listening and following through to give her what she wants. While he is typically alpha, all the things he does is to make her happy. Very sweet.
Our h in contrast is pretty flat to me but this is fine as our H definitely make up for it. Story is pretty straight forward with no ott drama. A light cute and fun read.

Mercy! Jacob is an alpha at such a young age (24) His family owns a group of hotels and he goes to scout out a location for a new hotel in a small town where a theme park will be built in the next town. Upon arrival he meets Harley, the desk clerk. Things get intense pretty quickly but grind to a halt when she admits she is only 17. He leaves the next day and she thinks he forgot all about her! Boy, was she wrong. On her 18th birthday, he comes back to claim his girl! I loved his interaction with his brothers, Joe and Julian. I can't wait to read their stories as well! This author is not just a one-click. I drop everything and devour all of her words! She has the ability to make me live the story, not just read it! An absolute must read!

This is the first book in the Middleton Hotel series by C.M. Steele. Jacob Middleton is 24 years old and the youngest of three sons. He lives in Texas and his family owns several hotels all over the country. He's on location in a small town scouting three properties his company plans to purchase. One of the properties is an old hotel in dire need of an upgrade and financial pick me up. Harley is 17 years old, she is three months away from turning 18 and she lives by herself. She works the front desk at the only hotel in the small town she grew up in. As soon as Jacob meets her he knows she will be his wife but he must leave and come back when she's of age. She feels a connection to Jacob so she's surprised when he leaves without saying a word to her. Jacob didn't trust himself around her and he knows she's mad that he left so quickly but he's prepared to spend the rest of his life making it up to her.
I did have a problem with the first epilogue that took place one year later, they have a three month old son who not only says "mama" and "dada" but 8 other words. Wow, that's fucking amazing a 3 month old that talks !

I loved this first one from the new series of c.m. steele! Here, we meet Jacob Middleton, the youngest child of the three brothers who are into building and owning hotels (they're successful businessmen who work together and decide on decisions when requiring new acquisitions). Jacob is 24 years old, and doesn't need a woman in his life (yup, a virgin!) But the moment he sees his Harley, he knows she's the one for him. The only problem is that Harley is underage, age 17 and has three months more to be legal. He knows that he has to leave before he does something he'll regret, so he leaves when she's not there, to avoid temptation. But that isn't the end, because he's going to bid his time and the moment she's 18, she's only his. He even sends his personal bodyguard, Tony to keep an eye on her and keeps men away from what is his. He's over-po ssessive and protective of her and there was a small situation, where a creepy, Brian who's also the guy who was introducing Jacob to the properties he went to see (Harley's Hotel, which is named after her at the end) who's been around Harley for awhile wants to cause trouble and says that Jacob violated her while underage, which causes Jacob to demonstrate his dominant and lethal side when dealing with conniving wimps like that guy.
Harley, is 17 years old, well almost 18 in three months. She's all alone in the world, with only her grandma, who's in a nursery home and who she loves dearly. She thinks she's not good enough because didn't have the grades in high school and didn't go to college. At first, when she meets Jacob, she didn't know who he was and said a sarcastic retort to him, and then found out who he was, she was embarrassed and at the same time, he fascinated her. She's never met a man like him before even though guys are always flirting with her, she doesn't care about that but with him its different and thought that a man like him will never be interested in a girl like her, boy is she wrong. She's hurt and angry that he left without a word when she wasn't on shift but that didn't last very long when he came to claim what's his ;)
I loved the two epilogues that the author wrote for us, showing 1 year later and 25 years later. It was hot and beautiful that in total 26 years have passed since Jacob and Harley found each other and they're love and passion still intact ♡
Can't wait for the other two brothers to get their stories. Next up is Rachael and Joseph :)

I have read this series several times now and didn't realize that I had never reviewed. I come back to visit old friends when I'm in a book funk or readers block if you'd rather lol Anyway about the book it's a short story/novella. It is a love at first sight that has to be put on hold for a bit to be legal.
100% safe from any kind of abuse, cheating and om/ow drama and has a very Happily Ever After with epilogues 25+ years out! A must read

3.5 stars. It was an instant love , caveman, over bearing, over the top and fun story. Jacob/Harley are a cute couple who fornicate everywhere ! But my favorite part is the 20+ years later epilogue , I have always loved those to let us know they are still madly in love and had 40 kids ( just kidding )

This book was sent to me as an ARC in exchange for my honest review. So those who have read Ms Steele's previous books know to expect smutty, sexy and sugarlicious love stories. Built for me does fall in this segment but it's also the most dreamy, addictive story that one can find. I am a huge bookaholic and am always on the hunt for my next fix!! This book was short, sweet instalove and I loved every minute of this one. Special mention for the sweet sweet epilogue of this book. Normally they are 6 months or a year later epilogues but this one was 25 years later and the love between Jake and Harley was still same and dedicated. And not to forget it gave a hint of the next book in the series... I hope to see a book for Bryce and the sweet girl that started working at the same hotel where his parents fell in love!!!
Overall, Steele fans can look forward for many more such sweet sexy instalove books in this series.
P.S- I suggest that before starting this book make sure you have had your meal and have a glass of wine handy coz once you start this book, you will stop reading at The End!!!

This was a super quick, super sweet and steamy story. This is a typical CM Steele book, we get an over the top, possessive alpha male who plans on claiming his woman from the minute he sees her. You always get insta-love and a HEA.
Jake is visiting the area to check out which hotels they might want to buy when he lays eyes on Harley for the first time, she is the receptionist on a hotel that he and his brothers are looking at adding to their portfolio. As soon as he sees Harley the deal is as good as done. The only problem is that he cannot claim her for the next 3 months. He sends his head of security to watch over her as he cannot spend time with her without claiming her, so he leaves the very next morning.
Harley is devastated that Jake left and cannot think what she did wrong. On her 18th birthday Jake is back to claim his woman not that she takes much persuading as he quickly sweeps her off her feet. Absolutely loved the epilogues in this book was a perfect insight into their future. Looking forward to more of this series.

I was lucky enough to have an ARC of Built for me. Cm has a gift when it comes to creating alpha characters who will stop at nothing from claiming their love, there is nothing different in this regards with Jacob claiming Harley. Sometimes the wait is much more gratifying especially when you have to wait for your love to be legal. Two characters from vastly different backgrounds who get their HEA. possession, passion and love are rampant in Built for me. Looking forward to seeing what happens in the rest of this series.

The female main character, is a shy 18 yr old virgin, Harley, who works at a local hotel as a front desk clerk. One day, a man, Jacob comes to check in. Harley knows who he is, and does state she is only 17 yrs old when he starts hitting on her. Jacob Middleton says he's an old man at 24 yrs old. He leaves in the middle of the night, no good-bye or anything from him. Haley knows she must of done something wrong for his departure.
Jacob Middleton is 24yrs old. His family is in the hotel business, owning and operating many hotels. He also has two brother who are in the business with him. They all seem to have a part in the hotel business. Jacob is the youngest brother.
Harley & Jacob don't know anything about each other. However, Jacob has been stalking her and knows everything about her. As he has had someone 'watching' over her. Jacob has the resources to look into Haley and her past. He winds up knowing all about her. However, she doesn't know him at all.
TO me this is very stalkerish. Where he's looking into her past, where she's going / what she's doing.
Jacob does come back to the hotel on her 18th birthday. They have a whirlwind romance from their.
The female main character, is a shy 18 yr old virgin, Harley, who works at a local hotel as a front desk clerk. One day, a man, Jacob comes to check in. Harley knows who he is, and does state she is only 17 yrs old when he starts hitting on her. Jacob Middleton says he's an old man at 24 yrs old. He leaves in the middle of the night, no good-bye or anything from him. Haley knows she must of done something wrong for his departure.
Jacob Middleton is 24yrs old. His family is in the hotel business, owning and operating many hotels. He also has two brother who are in the business with him. They all seem to have a part in the hotel business. Jacob is the youngest brother.
Harley & Jacob don't know anything about each other. However, Jacob has been stalking her and knows everything about her. As he has had someone 'watching' over her. Jacob has the resources to look into Haley and her past. He winds up knowing all about her. However, she doesn't know him at all.
TO me this is very stalkerish. Where he's looking into her past, where she's going / what she's doing.
Jacob does come back to the hotel on her 18th birthday. They have a whirlwind romance from their.

I really enjoyed this story; I just wish it were a little longer.
I like both hero and heroine. I will admit that I would have liked a bit more of Harley’s point of view. I liked her as soon as she opened her mouth and sass flew out. Jacob and Harley are perfect for one another. Jacob knew Harley was going to be his as soon as he saw her. When he learnt that he had to wait three months to claim her, he never hooked up with any other woman. His focus was on Harley. The chemistry between them was undeniable and their passion was red hot.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. Like all of CM Steele’s books, I devoured this book in one sitting and was left eager for more.
The epilogue for this book is the best epilogue of any C.M Steele book so far. I liked that even after twenty-five years together, Jacob and Harley had a red hot spark. I cannot wait for more books in this series! I need Josephs story now!

Jacob is in town on business. His family, the Middletons, are planning ahead and looking to acquire three properties before a tourist attraction is built in the area. The only requirement one seller asks is that his hotel remain as such since it's the only one in town.

I'm digging this series so far. I like all the characters and am a fan of th MC couple, liked the best leave of the story, the fact that it isn't her to be fairly basic little to nearly no real drama and at the same time was able to Not be boring orca flat cookie cutter storyline at the same time. Just enough personally to have us interested and find the characters likeable . And all the extended characters set up for what I'm assuming the rest of the books will feature as if couples to come.
I liked the 25year out epilogue, and wonder if the last book is the next gens feature story that be cool...
