Anna is a great character...a strong, intelligent and yet damaged PI. I thought the story was (although troubling) exciting and non-stop action. However I felt it was lacking at the end...ended too abruptly! I guess it is meant to be a cliffhanger...it just feels like they forgot to finish it!

A very well written story

I love the style of writing this author has. I loved reading this book as much as I did the first book. If I have one complaint it is only that I feel forced to buy the next book ... In order to reach the final conclusion ... But truly it is worth it. So I do recommend this story to everyone who loves a good thriller!

Cliff hanger

This series started at number 0 and doesnt end in the first 2 books. All novellas chasing the same kidnapper ith the same kid. Never ending joke!! What a waste of time!!!

Okay!
The first reading from this Author, I usually don't read books like this. This
person was sick, I still didn't find out why he did the things he did.

The more I read of this book, the less I liked it. There are several grammatical errors which are distracting, and sometimes I had to read a sentence two or three times to understand what the author was saying.

Spoiler:
Had I known that the main crime was not going to be resolved in this book, I would not have started it. I only finished it because I wanted to see how the crime was solved. I won't care enough about Keisha to read the next book.

it was disappointing that it took 2 books and the story is still hanging on to the same plot

I like the premise, enjoyed the plot, however the endings are too abrupt. I get that it is a series, but needs a better transition.

Confused ending

I found the story difficult to get into and then had to draw my own conclusion at the end. I prefer stories where I'm told how everyone made out.

A keep you on the edge of your seat book. Flow makes for easy reading. I hope that the author has another series along these lines.
