"Hot. Irresistible. Exciting. More man than I ever had in my life."
Andrew: Fate takes my sister and her husband and suddenly, I'm a single dad to seven-month-old Lucy. I love her to bits but the little moppet didn't come with a manual. Luckily, my friend's daughter agrees to help out while I find a permanent nanny. Melissa flies into Heathrow like a breath of fresh air in my gloom. I wasn't supposed to fall for the sweet face and soft curves of the babysitter, but I did, hook, line, and sinker. When it's time for her to leave, how will I ever be able to let her go ...?
Melissa: Six weeks babysitting, and then I'll have the time of my life in Paris, Amsterdam, and Rome. But I wasn't counting on dad's friend, Andrew, lighting a fire in me hotter than the blazes he puts out. Dad isn't happy, not happy at all … but the thought of Paris for one suddenly seems like the worst idea of all time. How can I enjoy Europe when I know how much I'll be leaving behind?
***This is a standalone novella with no cheating, a happy ever after and satisfaction of the dirtiest kind guaranteed -- a scorching hot and steamy head-over-heels insta-romance to be devoured in one go with cool washcloths and a fire extinguisher on hand.***
Boring dialogue/characters/story. Flat sexual & emotional chemistry. Lacked romance & romantic depth since H&h's attraction was merely physical.
Skipped pages to see if things would improve but nope: @34% - their 1st kiss (day2 after they 1st met) that just came out of nowhere due to the choppy sentences/boring dialogue/lack of romance & overall chemistry @ 48% - their 1st sex scene (day3 of their meeting) with condoms & it was meh.
Overall, the writing just didn't flow. Also, late-30s/early 40s British firefighter H's language reads like that of an American guy in his 20s-30s but says certain British words like “boot” instead of "trunk" & “nappies” instead of "diapers" just to place him as a Brit who'd been living in England his entire life. Here's part of his initial POV:
"I need her help like yesterday so I can get back to work and damn, she’s even more stunning up close. But hell, down boy, I can't get carried away with how she looks. I'm in no freakin' state to be thinking like that about her, or any woman, right now. I just split up with Angela, for fuck's sake, the whole relationship scene sucks..."
Both H&h were just duds. Their characters were uninteresting. 21yo h just seemed like a typical American college student who wanted to make some extra money for her European vacation. She wasn't very distinctive either.
Sexual History: 21yo h not a virgin with H. No info on how many boyfriends or lovers she's had but seems like she dated some in college. H had a GF who broke up with him since she didn't like that he had a baby niece he was now fully responsible for. No other info of H's former girlfriends or lovers. Sounds like he hadn't slept with anyone since his breakup with his ex-GF not too long ago.
Awwww. Sweet and sexy little novella about Andrew, a 42 year old fireman who has suddenly found himself the sole guardian of his infant niece Lucy and Melissa, the 21 year old daughter of Andrew’s best friend. Melissa has taken the nanny job to help out her Dad’s friend for six weeks while he arranges something more permanent and then after the 6 weeks, she plans to explore Europe on her own before heading back home.
Everyone’s plans however get flipped upside down when Melissa starts to fall in love with Andrew and can no longer imagine leaving him and baby Lucy to go home.
Steamy love story with great chemistry between Andrew and Melissa, an adorable baby who is adored by both adults in her life and a HEA that will make you smile!
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book. No cliffhanger. Standalone novella.
Blurb: "Hot. Irresistible. Exciting. More man than I ever had in my life."

Mia Madison delivers a scorching hot older man/younger woman romance story of tragedy, fate, humor, obstacles, sizzling chemistry, insta-love, and a happily ever after. This short, quick read is well-written with a great story-line and characters.
I volunteered to review an advanced readers copy of this book.
I liked this book. I devoured this book in one sitting. I liked that although Andrew loved Melissa, he was willing to let her go. Melissa’s bond with Lucy was adorable. Andrew and Melissa were a cute couple. I would have liked to see them together more. The majority of the story was based on their sexual relationship. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. The epilogue for this book is sweet. I cannot wait for Mia Madison’s next release.
When Melissa’s father’s friend needs a nanny, Melissa is quick to help. Agreeing to six weeks babysitting before going traveling Melissa flies to England. After losing his sister and brother in law in a car accident, Andrew becomes guardian to his niece. Needing a nanny, he hires his best friends daughter. As soon as Andrew meets Melissa he has to fight his attraction to her. Melissa is attracted to Andrew. Trying to keep her attraction under wraps, she forms a bond with baby Lucy. Andrew is in awe of Melissa’s bond with his niece, making his attraction towards her grow. When sparks fly between them, they get hot and heavy. With Melissa being twenty years younger then him, Andrew doesn’t want to hold her back. With her plans to go traveling fast approaching, Andrew tries to let Melissa go. Will Andrew and Lucy lose Melissa from their life or will she stay? Will Melissa get her happily ever after? How will Melissa’s father react when he discovers their relationship?
Quick, funny, cute. This was great story of loss, love and a journey no one saw coming. Fireman Andrew has just lost his sister and brother in-law in an accident and has taken custody of his niece Lucy. But with no clue how to deal with everything, his oldest friend offers his daughter to come to London to help with babysitting until a replacement can be found.
Melissa figures this babysitting job will be a quick stop over before her trip to Europe. What she didn’t expect was falling for the little girl but Andrew as well. Their chemistry is white hot from that first meeting at the airport. So it isn’t long before work lines blur and sex becomes a normal part of their lives. But with a timer ticking away until Melissa leaves, Andrew will face the ultimate decision. Can he win over Melissa to stay and be a real family forever?
Andrew is 42 and has just lost his sister and brother-in-law in a traffic accident. He becomes guardian for the seven months old girl Lucy. Andrews best friend’s daughter offers tocome in six weeks and help as a babysitter. Her name is Melissa and is 21 years old. Melissa will combine her stay with Andrew in England with an European tour. There arises chemistry between the two characters and the story then goes on whether to surrender to this. What does their conscience say? Mia Madison belongs to one of my favorite authors in this genre. She writes very living and you get all the characters’ emotions. This story is written from both sides vision and therefore you get knowledge of the thoughts that otherwise would have been irritating the reader. There are smiles, laughter and frustration in the history. It is short but catchy and worth the time. Can definitely recommended for a good afternoon reading. Contains sexual scenes.

Sweet romance, decent plot and likeable characters. Some hot scenes definitely spiced it up too. It could have used a bit more drama/action otherwise it was a great quick read.
I am voluntarily leaving an honest review of this book based on an advanced readers copy I received. Mia Madison wrote a very special sweet romance with Babysitter wanted. You will fall helplessly in love with Melissa and Andrews story. Their story is so sweet, unique, and flirty that it's a delightful read.
Despite the age gap there is an immediate attraction between the two protagonists, Melissa and Andrew, and although they know better than to do just this, they can not help themselves and follow through on their passionate feelings for each other…
This story is spicy and hot, tender and sweet, all at the same time.
I loved this book by Mia Madison about Melissa, a 21 year old from the US who goes to England to help her dad’s friend, firefighter, Andrew care for his baby niece, upon the death of his sister and brother in law. You can see what is coming long before the storyline gets there, but this is such a sweet, smokin’ hot, romantic romp.
Melissa and Andrew may have a age difference but that is all. The chemistry between these two is off the charts. I absolutely loved this book. I definitely loved the ending.
I raced through this. The characters were likeable. The action was steamy and it all ends happily ever after. What more could you want on a rainy afternoon?
