If you believe that there’s no such thing as a healthy fried food, think twice! How about an AIR FRYER?! An Air Fryer is a versatile and intelligent kitchen machine with patented technology that utilizes super-heated air to cook food. The machine heats up in a minute; hot air circulates in the specialized chamber so the food is cooked evenly, using a limited amount of oil.

Choosing air frying doesn’t mean skimping on flavor. In fact, it means aiming for the healthier versions of our favorite fried foods! For instance, vegetables are one of the healthiest and most nutritious foods. The same cannot be said for deep fried vegetables – they are linked to heart diseases, obesity, diabetes, cancer and other serious health problems.

When it comes to crispy, flavorful and healthy food, it’s hard to beat an Air Fryer. You will be able to prepare an entire meal with just one kitchen device. You will be pleasantly surprised what this incredible machine can do for you! Therefore, to put it in a nutshell, if you like your food fried and healthy, an Air Fryer is worth investing in.

Poorly written and not edited , even for grammar and punctuation.

I bought this book because I was curious about the Air Fryers on the market, and many friends were raving about cooking with them. In most cookbooks, the introduction would cover air fryers in general, as well as the specific sizes and examples of what one could cook in each size. Unfortunately, this author chose to write in a chatty, ebullient style which, due to her frequent repetitions of phrases and ideas, reads as sophomoric. The use of exclamation points over and over in the same piece, often in the same paragraph, intensifies this impression.

It seems clear from the author's repeated capitalization of the term Air Fryer, that she has only had experience with one air fryer, most likely the one "As Seen on TV!". It even appears that some oft-repeated phrases are taken straight from that manufacturer's promotional materials. A good editor would have corrected this, and the prior issues as well. I strongly recommend that the author obtain the services of one prior to publishing again.

Because of these issues, reading the recipes became tedious and boring, the kiss of death for a cookbook. Read it at your own risk....and for heaven's sake, don't spend your money on it.
