Avatar: The Secret Life of Jesus Christ

Rate this book
Jesus of Nazareth is one of the most well-known yet least understood individuals in modern history. Over the ages, the historical accounts from the Gospels have been heavily questioned and critiqued to the point where some scholars believe that there never was a historical figure of Jesus.

The readings of Edgar Cayce and Douglas Cottrell tell a different story, however; the story of a man who was born to fulfill a prophecy and change the world with compassion. Follow this compelling story that chronicles the life of a man born in secret in the Essene community and trained in the esoteric and mystery schools of the time to become an example, a teacher, and a Master - and ultimately an Avatar.

Why study the life of Jesus? Jesus was a Master teacher; a soul who had learned to transmute matter and even transcend physical death itself. Jesus exemplified the promise of the eternal life of the soul beyond the Earth. Jesus demonstrated all the spiritual abilities and inspired his followers to express these abilities in themselves. But more importantly Jesus came as a way-shower to teach us the mechanism to overcome the original sin of separation from the Christos through the application of the Law of Love. If we follow his example, the promise is that we, too, may attain the Christ to be an avatar, a living god while here on Earth.

The book resonated with me deeply and affirmed all of my beliefs. I truly understand and believe the original view of Christianity.
