first book i’ve read after five years. when i browsed this from a bookstore and read and fell in love in the few lines from the introduction—i knew that it is a really good book to read. It talks about how to overcome fear, insecurity, depression, finding love for yourself and bringing back your happiness. Learned a lot from this book and I can say that, this is my first ever self-help book favorite.
I found this book to be very inspirational it is about who you really are
And why you should accept your self and seek love from Winton in order to loved or liked by others I will admit that can be a time consuming process but it's worth it!

I read the sample and decided it didn't hold enough interest with me to get the rest of the book. I was looking at it with an eye of gifting it to someone but didn't feel it would be the right choice.
