LALITHA: bhakti tankas

Rate this book
These tankas are based on 77 of the thousand sacred names of the Goddess, found in the Lalitha Sahasranamam, which are chanted in worship. Each name is a holy mantra.
The Japanese tanka is a haiku with two extra lines. They have 5/7/5/7/7 syllables per line, in that order. A very few of these are haiku.
