Argan’s honor as a Preor warrior made him defend her. Liquid Knot’s heart demanded she save him.

Liquid Knot—hacker extraordinaire—has made mistakes in her life, but none so big as getting an alien warrior sentenced to death.  His head is on the chopping block and the Preor leader is determined to follow the letter of the law. Now, there’s only one thing she can do to prevent his death: claim the sun-colored, sexy, delicious winged male as her mate.

Argan sen Izz’bara does not regret defending Liquid Knot—his dragon’s heart would not allow him to remain silent—he regrets that she condemns herself to a mating in name only.  Yet as they spend time together, it becomes clear there is more than friendship between them. Attraction. Passion. Need.  Argan did not experience the Knowing the first time he met Liquid Knot so there is no way they could be mates. Right?

Before the question can be answered, someone in the shadows makes his displeasure known. Argan was supposed to die. Now his enemy is intent on destroying Argan and Lily both.

Can he save her from a rampaging Preor again? Or will he fail her just as he has failed so many?

Argan is book ten in the Dragons of Preor series by Celia Kyle as Erin Tate.

Argan is a Preor male. He has been jailed for threatening a Master to protect a female. His fate is set, until the damsel comes to his rescue.

Liquid Knot aka Lily is a human female who is a tech genius. She’s been working for the Preor’s for some time now and in this story she does the rescuing.

Our couple, Argan and Lily, boy do they have a lot of sexual tension and HOT moments; before they do finally seal the deal at the end of the book. Oh boy, was that a fire cracking moment. I do want to point out that the author did have a sex scene on the beach and that was not for me. I cringed; because if you've been on a beach you know sand gets in places you don't want it. It's not a place to explore those urges.

I adored the ship, which is now Penelope, who has taken on a mind of it’s own. It’s fun and a little disconcerting, but more on the fun side since she’s more like a human female with attitude.

I had a lot of fun with this one. I loved our couples banter and how they helped each other. I loved the change up were a female does the rescuing and claiming instead of the other way around. It was great! We also get a new element introduced in this book, wrist cuffs. These cuffs tie two people together who are not mates or don’t have the Knowing. It was interesting to have this change.

Argan was fun read.

Well I'm over the moon that Liquid Knot or Lily as I should say got her own big, bad Preor Warrior. Trouble is Argan is just so stubborn and honourable that he really needs Lily to get him out of a jam that's about to get him killed !
I'm in two minds about this book because as much as I love the ideas here I kind of wanted a much bigger story for the amazing and infamous Liquid Knot. I guess I'd built her up so much in my mind that when faced with everything that goes on here I'm a teeny bit disappointed. Still it's a story that was fun to read with passion and intrigue but perhaps it didn't quite have what I'd hoped for. This series is easy to sink into and always makes me smile and with baby dragons around you know it's going to be cute too !
This voluntary take is of an advance copy and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair.

It's cute. I like Liquid Knot aka Lily who does her fair share of saving the day and I liked Argan, a lovely damaged hero who fits the standard very protective dragon hero mold that Ms. Kyle and Tate have set up. The big moment that sets up their relationship though isn't in this book, except discussion of the aftermath, so if you hadn't read any of the earlier books, it'll lack a punch.

Finally! Argan ties the Liquid Knot

Been a while since we've visited with the dragons of Preor, who seek mates on Earth isn order to save their species. This is Book 10 in the series, and all our old favorites return - War Master Taulan and his War Mistress, Lana Coburn; Penelope, their sentient ship; and those lovably literal minded Preor dragon men. Just like Argan - so loyal, so disciplined, so endearingly clueless about the human females they bond to. Argan is old, severely scarred and disfigured, and ready to return to Preor and take his final flight - if the War Master spares his life. He's imprisoned for threatening the Engineering Master because he verbally abused and threatened Liquid Knot - nom de hacker of Lily the computer wizard responsible for Penelope's upgraded functions and snarky personality. Liquid Knot also repurposed a training platform into a Preor resort destination - without permission - hence the Engineering Master's tirade, Argan's challenge, and the Warmaster's current dilemma. Liquid Knot is devastated. Argan came to her defense, and for that he will die. She does the only thing she can to fix it - She claims Argan as her mate according to Preor law and Earth treaty. The legal challenges to this action are the simplest to overcome. And when, as time and Preor tech demonstrate there's more to Argan and Lily's mating than expedience, the mayhem and madness that follows is life-changing and love-affirming. Sorting it all out saves Lily and Argan's lives and cements their bond with the Knowing: it's their HEA. It also saves the War Master from being sent by War Mistress Lana to sleep in the house of a canine. Some things never change...

OMG! Awesome! A new Preor! I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for this one. I actually like Argan and have for a long while, and of course, Liquid Knot is pretty awesome. I've been wanting to know what happened to Argan after he attacked Master Vende. I've also wanted to learn more about Liquid Knot, so this was the perfect book for me. And a totally awesome one.

I think that Celia Kyle did an awesome job in putting these two together and showing the things that they may have to go through in order to be together and have a relationship.

I can't wait for more Preor.

When I saw that Argan's book was released, I just had to read it. I love these space dragons. And I
can't wait to read the next in the series. I just hope we don't have to wait just as long.

Argan's and Lily's story was a good one. I loved their banter and how they helped each other. I also grined all the time Lily annoyed Taulan.

Liquid Knot, aka Lily, and Argan are up for relationship shenanigans. Lily's...interesting. Not in a bad way. She just thinks that her greatest asset is her ability to jack into computer systems, when she's a whole lot more than that. At least Argan thinks so.

But his defense of her puts him in hot water and, while he's resigned to his fate, Lily's not okay with having an honorable (and hot) warrior die because of her actions. So she steps in and claims him and THINGS HAPPEN.

You know what they say! Never get between a dragon and his mate. Or a wicked smart hacker and her shapeshifting hunny-bunny. Those two can cause a lot of damage without really trying. Hypothetically, of course.

Dragons, mating instincts, smoldering looks, and danger from unexpected quarters. GOOD TIMES!

Knowingly knotted

The long anticipated return of the Preor dragons will make you want to take flight. Liquid Knot is back to her usual brashness and sarcasm when she rescues Argan from death or languishing in the brig. Through many failed attempts on their lives, they survive and thrive finding their way to each other, a return of honor, and a love never ending. I hope this is not the end of the Preor dragon tales. So many still need to find their mates and experience the knowing.

About time 😄

Liquid Knot has been a part of the Preor for so long, I feared she would never get her warrior. Two individuals who thought they were destined to be alone. She claims him to save his life and because she wants him. But could there be more? Truly enjoyable read. Hope to see more of the Preor.

Great Preor Dragon story

This book does not disappoint. It is just as fantastic as all the Preor Dragon stories before. Liquid Knot is a quirky, nerd girl with lots of broken pieces. Argon is a condemned man, scarred & hopeless. Then a miracle happens & the whole thing works out.

I cant get enough of the characters. The emotion that you can feel through each page. Love that makes your heart want to...re-read...over & over. This is an easy enjoyable read !

The warrior and the hacker

I hadn’t read a Preor novel for a long, long time but I liked this one. There were a couple of inconsistencies that shouldn’t have happened but you need to ignore them and just concentrate on Arian and Holly’s relationship because that’s what the story is about. Altogether, a pleasant read.

A little dangerous group of people

I think it's safer to be a mermaids in the gulf of Mexico than in one of the towers on the beach with the dragons. This story was with two broken characters that didn't feel like they were worthy of each other's love. It took some danger and heart break to open their eyes. I wish this wasn't the last book. I like the Ujal and the Preor. They made some interesting stories.

Liquid Knot, hacker extrodinaire, is troubled and feels guilty. Due to one her hacking stunts, she had angered the master engineer who about to verbally and possibly physically attack her. Preor warrior Argan stands up for her against all Preor rules and traditions, Now Argan is stuck in a cell awaiting his sentence for his actions in protecting her. Lilly tries to keep Argan company acting as Penelope, the ships AI. Sentencing day comes and Lily finds out that there are two options. Argan can stay incarcerated for another 400 years which would drive his dragon insane resulting in being put down for everyone's safety or an immediate death sentence. Lily doesn't like either option and puts her secret plan into play. She claims Argan as her mate. Now they will be bonded for the next 400 years without the Knowing.
Argan is not ashamed of his actions protecting Liquid Knot. but is frustrated being stuck in a cell. His visits from Penelope are the highlights of his day. He is confused by his growing strong feelings for the computer. When it is time to be sentenced, he is ready for immediate death but he is very shocked by Lily's claim of him. The thought of someone choosing to be with him and caring enough to try to save his life stuns him. He will gladly give up all future chances of finding his fated mate just to be with Lily. He doesn't even mind losing his position as a warrior or the respect of his fellow Preor. Now he just has to figure out how to deal with his impulsive mate.
This is a great story and long awaited. I love Lily as a heroine because she never gives up. I voluntarily read a copy of this story and this is my honest review.

I love the story but I'm conflicted. I was so excited to finally get to read Liquid Knot's story because she was such a bad ash, I just knew her book would blow the others out of the Preor Tower. She and Argon finally get close by circumstances that are less than optimal, but I was still all about #TeamLiquidKnot. The sabotage that kept happening was intense. I had a problem with the one dude being on the crashing thing and then the resolution, because that just didn't make sense. I'm talking in circles so I don't give the story away. Buy the book! The other thing that I had trouble with was what happened to Lily. Like I want to believe that Penelope upgraded her on the sly, I really hope that this is what we discover in future books, because Liquid is so phenomenal, I hate to think of her diminished, and that leads to the question of who is physically doing the surgery. . . like that's a whole other level of head game. I did love the romance between Argon and Liquid, it builds slowly and oh my lanta, can they all not be such ashes about it. So rude. I expected Liquid to mess with them each individually electronically, but maybe that is something else that I can look forward to? Once again, Celia Kyle has written a wonderful, multi-layered story that I read way too fast, I only gave it 4 stars because of the diminishing of one of my favorite characters ever, but you should read it and decide for yourself, if in a future story I am mollified by some returning awesomeness for my favorite hacker, then I'll return and amend this rating.

Argan only has his honor. And when his sense of honor demanded he protect Lily, his is ready for the consequences. But Lily isn’t. Can she protect the male that fascinates her?
Argan is tenth in Erin Tate’s Dragons of Preor series. I really like Argan. His honor is all he has and when it demands doing the hard but right thing he doesn’t hesitate. Even at the cost of his life. I love that Ms. Tate gave him an equally honorable mate in Lily. But Lily is keeping secrets. Will her secrets cost her a future? I love the slow courtship between Lily and Argan. They started as friends which morphed into something more. I love that Ms. Tate allowed the layers of their personalities to be peeled back at a leisurely pace. We learned these characters while a romance blossomed. It was sweet and believable. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Lily learn to trust even as Argan learned he is more than honor.

This story is a wonderful return to this world Ms. Tate has created. I enjoyed the romance and unexpected twists to this tale. I loved that good triumphed and love prevailed. I can’t wait to see what Ms. Tate has up her sleeve next in this world.

I absolutely loved this story!! I loved getting Argan and Lily's (Liquid Knot) stories. It was written very well and flowed smoothly. It pulled me in from beginning to end and once I started I didn't want to put it down. We pick up from where the previous one ended with Argan being jailed for stepping in on behalf of Lily when Engineering Master Vende was verbally threatening her. I loved how everything developed between the two of them. The book was a good length but I definitely wanted more so would have loved for it to have been a little more fleshed out with more details in certain places, but not getting those did fit the story as well. The only thing I would have said is about the ending and just wanting more details about how things will move forward for them in their daily lives a little more. Without giving any spoilers away, a huge change happens for Lily and I just wish that we had gotten a little bit of an epilogue that would have given us an insight into how she was adjusting and still kicking butt. I hope that we get to see more of Argan and Lily in future books as I just LOVED them!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we get Liquid Knot "Lily" and Argan's story. When this story opens up we find that Argan is in a jail cell for defending Liquid Knot's actions when she took one of the training platforms and turned it into a paradise for the Preor. The Engineering Master is not happy about being questioned in front of other and is determined to make an example out of Argan for this. After hearing his sentence Lilly knows their is only one thing to do claim him as her mate and save his life. However things are never that simple with someone trying to kill them his superiors still forcing a sentence on him and both of them with insecurities about why the other would be with them. Can these two find a HEA or will whoever is out to get them finally succeed?

This is another amazing story in this series. It can be read as a stand alone but I suggest reading them all in order so no secrets are revealed. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I really cannot get enough of the Dragons of Preor Series they are such honorable males and Argan is no exception he would literally die to protect Lilly and that was before Lilly decided to step in and claim him for her mate because he stood up for her and now must face death or life in seclusion. Because the knowing has not presented between Lilly and Argan they must wear the Binding Bands which is quite a bit different to the normal mating. Lilly is not your average human she has enhancements that allow her to hack almost anything. They are both attracted to each other and the depth of their feelings for each other will only get more intense. A Preor warrior is not happy Argan who he classes as a dishonorable male is not only allowed out of his prison but also has a mate he does not deserve. Now danger stalks Lilly and Argan and it will take all of Argan's training to protect his mate . A big thank you to Celia Kyle/Erin Tate for the wonderful review book. Loved it and bought another copy for my library.

Preor warrior, Argan has been imprisoned for attacking the engineering master. The only company he has, is the hologram image the spaceship's artificial intelligence has been given. She is a disturbingly sexy female called Penelope and is a lot like her creator, the human tech genius Lily King, known to most by her hacker handle "Liquid Knot".
Lily is determined to get Argan out of the trouble he is in because of her. The brave warrior was protecting her (maybe a little too enthusiastically) from verbal abuse.
She has what she thinks is a good plan, she just hopes he will agree.
Our heroine has a secret that only a very select few know and it has made her very useful. It's also why she was permitted to work with the aliens when they came to Earth.
This is an exciting and spicy Sci-Fi romance that is part of a series. It has fabulous, amusing characters and a little danger. You could read it on it's own but will enjoy much more if you have read at least the first in series.
Great fun.

Lily aka Liquid Knot is about to do something that is going to make all the Preor mad but she can’t allow Argan to be punished for protecting her. Argan is ready to face his fate. He knows what he did was right even if it means death to him. When Lily steps in and declares that she is taking him for her mate everything changes.

I’m glad we finally get to read about Liquid Knot. She is so much fun but then we also get to dive into what makes her who she is. That part is what breaks the heart. Argan isn’t a bad “guy.” He did what he believed was right. I love that we find out new things about the Preor every time. The Binds are so interesting. You find out more about Penelope too. This love story is so sweet. I can see more stories to come with the Preor. We have so many that need to find love.

Liquid Knot finally gets her story!

This is Liquid Knot/Lily and Argan's story. I have been waiting for more Preor books and this one did not disappoint.
Both Lily and Argan have things that happened to them in the past that made them feel less than whole. But when Argan stepped up to defend Lily against Engineering Master Vende at the end of the last book, he was imprisoned. Lily then took steps to circumvent his punishment.
There is someone who is trying to hurt or kill either one or both of them. They, along with the ship's computer "Penelope", must discover the traitor within the entire fleet of Preor.
I love the excitement and intrigue as well as the personal relationship that began to form between the two main characters. There is a surprise toward the ending of the book. I recommend this entire series for anyone who loves alien dragon shifters and adventure.

I have been waiting for Argan's story since book 5 and now that cranky ray of sunshine gets his his time to shine. One of our most stoic and strictly by the book Preor, Argan has longed for a mate just like all of the other Preor. When circumstances put him between a rock and a hard place, Liquid Knot (aka Lily or hacker extraordinaire) comes to his rescue. The drama, the sass, and a great big dose of Penelope make for an excellent story. Even though I have loved all the other Preor books and Jarek and Taulan have a special place in my heart, Argan has beaten them all..

I loved this story and will be re-reading it to see what I missed on my first run through.

Don't know what I'll do while I wait for the next book to come out. I discovered this series in the Audible romance package and I enjoyed it so much I actually read the Last 5 books. I'm usually a why read when someone can read to you sort of gal so that alone should tell you how much I love the Preor's. If you want hunky alien males, a fated female this is for you. These books have danger, drama, humor and some sexy fun.But also a relationship between the characters The whole series is 4 stars across the board (in my opinion). I can't wait to see which one of our winged males experiencing the knowing with his human female.

Love this series

Lily aka Liquid Knott landed Argon in prison. He was only protecting her from Engineering Master Vendi's wrath. Now it is up to her to get him out. She claims him as her mate. Someone is not happy that Argon not only avoid death, but gets mate too. A near fatal.shuttle accident, followed by an attack while they slept, are hard to ignore. When Lily is specifically targeted, their is nothing Argon won't to for the women who chose him as mate.
Loved Argon and Lily's story. Fast.paced, full of snark, and steamy. Can't wait for the next book.

fahn-tab-oo-lus

What? You read that right. This addition to the Dragons of Preor was fahn-tab-oo-lus! Liquid Knot (Lily) and Argan end up Binded together in order to save his life. But is that all it is? Is gratitude the only reason Lily saves Argan from a life sentence because he defended her against another Preor? As they work out their feelings for each other, someone is out to kill them both. This book had me laughing at Penelope and Lily's antics and sniffling when heartache seemed imminent. Definitely fahn-tab-oo-lus!
