4.5 Stars! I really enjoyed this sexy opposites attract romance! Drew Weaver is a sexy, night club owner who loves to party and play the field. Olivia Rodriguez is part of a strong, conservative Colombian family. She is a nurse and does in home healthcare. She and Drew have met through mutual friends so when his ill mother moves in with him he hires Olivia to help take care of her. Drew is strongly attracted to this beautiful, confident, and sexy woman, and would love to explore that attraction. Would he want to settle down with one woman? Olivia's family wants her to marry a Columbian man, but she is only attracted to Drew. Unfortunately Olivia only see's Drew as a playboy and doesn't think he could change his ways. But Olivia has secrets from her past that could threaten her future. There are also those that want to keep them apart. This story has several plot twists making it suspenseful and thrilling and keeping you totally engaged. Drew and Olivia are wonderful and multifaceted characters with explosive chemistry. If you like heartwarming, emotional, thrilling and hot sexy stories, then you will love this book!
This is book #3 in the Worthy series. It was great to be back in Miami. I loved this couple. Olivia has lived a very sheltered life because of her parents, who love her, but they are traditional parents. Olivia wants to live her life her way. Drew needs a nurse for his mom and Olivia goes after that job. Being near him has Olivia on fire. She tries to ignore it, but does Drew feels the same way.
I love reading books set in Miami. Makes me forget our weather here in the Pittsburgh area. This book grabbed you from page one and does not let go until you get to the last page. I am not sure if there is another book in this series, but I hope so!
☆☆☆☆☆ I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. Recommend this book? Yes! Author? Yes! Read more from this author? Yes!
Worthwhile is the third book in Lynne Silver’s Worthy series and as with the previous stories, this one continues the theme of unlikely attraction and the difficulties faced by the main characters during their budding romance.
Drew and Livvy are fabulous together, though as always, it is never smooth sailing. An intriguing, well written account of their love/hate relationship, and the inevitable realisation that nothing can keep them apart.
Ms Silver has once again delivered a wonderful edition to this captivating and genuine series, while telling of the obstacles faced when trying to please everyone except yourself.
Drew needs a nurse for his mom and Olivia is willing to be her nurse. They have instant chemistry and although Olivia doesn't think highly of Drew, she can't help to fall for him. I loved this story, I related so much with Olivia's background and family relations that it brought a lot back. It was nice to see that love was able to overcome it all. I received an ARC for an honest review.
If I could give this book 10* then I would. I enjoyed it immensely and couldn't put it down. Drew and olivia had me from the get go and I wanted to cry when I finished it.
I loved the story and how they come together.
Thank you Miss Silver for an amazing read. I hope you continue the series xxx I want Gabriel /angel's story xxx
OMG THIS SERIES IS EVERYTHING!!!!! The whole player-finds-his-true-love storyline makes me wanna squeal in delight! It was such an amazing read from start to finish - and while I did have to skip over the explicit scenes - it was still super enjoyable. I can’t wait to read more!
I have loved all the books in The Worthy Series and Worthwhile is no exception. I loved Drew and Olivia's story so, so much. Olivia is a strong, feisty female. Drew is a night club owner that has never been in a serious relationship. Will Olivia gives this player a chance? Of course, she does, but it's not all sunshine and roses. No spoilers, so one-click your copy and fall in love with Drew. This can be read without reading the others, but why would you want to? I highly recommend this entire series.
Was a really good read. I felt a connection with Olivia because of her family. My family is very traditional and when I bought home my husband, who is from a different culture, it was a shock to my parents. Everything worked out eventually but it does take time to knock down some barriers.

Worthwhile by Lynne Silver is a contemporary romance novel.
Meet Olivia Rodriguez, a nurse and Drew a player and bar co-owner. Drew left his home town for college and never ent back. Now his mother is serious ill and he has to return to tend to her. They meet and have insta- chemistry. Everything could be sunshine and roses, but there is more drama and sickness, betrayal and more.
I liked this book. The characters are well written and I give 4 Stars. Thank you Lynne Silver.
This book was so good! Drew and Olivia had so much chemistry aghast you knew sparks would fly when you first met them in Worthless. Drew is the proverbial ladies-man. He has never had a girlfriend and he is ok with that. Being in the nightclub scene doesn't leave much room for relationships. Olivia is hiding her real life from her traditional parents. When she starts taking care of Crew's mom, she has some strange requests. As Drew and Olivia are thrust in each other's orbits, they stop trying to hide what they are feeling and decide to be together. She is leary, but e is confident that she is all he wants. When a misunderstanding occurs and someone in her life reads something wrong and tries to come between Drew and Olivia, can they see past the subterfuge or will Olivia decide that he won't change, thus leaving them both broken hearted?
Arc review for honest review. Olivia is a nurse that drew hires for his Mom .drew Owen's a night club . This story shows that if the right person comes along that no matter what matters what your past or future will be bright. awesome.
Set in Miami, FL, we get a glimpse of balmy days, and nights at one of the hottest nightclubs in town, OXCA. Olivia & Drew come together as she becomes his mother's home care nurse. Sparks fly and ignite, as their growing attraction turns sweet-sexy-steamy. Outside influences push and pull them, while they each deal with internal past struggles. A really fun read, following Livvy & Drew as they find their HEA.
I loved this! I was totally rooting for Olivia and Drew! They had so much chemistry, you'd think they'd burn up the pages. I couldn't help but feel bad for Olivia, living in her parents house at 27 and still being treated like a child, but different cultures have different ways of looking at things. The one thing that disappointed me was the resolution (or lack thereof) of Drew's forgetful night. I came to the same conclusion as Drew and Olivia, which turned out to be wrong. And then they don't really get the vindication I felt they needed. But I still loved it from beginning to end and I can't wait for more!!! 5 enthusiastic stars! I recieved a free arc of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Olivia & Drew, as it first appears, are NOT a match made in heaven! He is a club owner, playboy, commitment phobe, manwhore and has minimal family ties. She is stable, steady, responsible and fiercely loyal to her family and culture. As with any great romance, things aren't always as they seem.
As Olivia helps with the health care of Drew's mom, she begins to see there is more than meets the eye with Drew. After spending more and more time with Olivia, Drew realizes stable, responsible and HOT may describe Olivia more accurately. And these things are something he begins to really need and want in his life.
I enjoyed the twists and turns in this story. Such a great read and a wonderful story!
