I absolutely loved it!!! Wish it was a little bit longer, but other than that it was a great book.

Good book to understand or improve archery training program and its prevention against injury. The language is also easy to catch.

Worth reading. More about sports training, than archery, but that is the point.

[I'll start putting it into practice the next 2 weeks, and see how it works for me!]

Would have given it 5 stars but 4 seemed right because it was too short! Lol, however, a very very good book and well written! Gave me lots of ideas on the way I train for archery! And much much more! I definitely recommend this book for all archers! However, this is his experience so some of it may or may not work for you.
