Double unders can be the most frustrating movement in CrossFit. I know because it frustrated me for over six months while practicing every single day. It’s not only one of the hardest movements to get, but it’s also one of the hardest to coach.
When I was trying to get mine, I felt pretty lost. Sure I had the helpful tips here and there from coaches, other athletes, and online articles, but I could not piece together the advice in a way that “clicked” for me. Extremely frustrated, I knew I had to find the best ways to learn the double under and teach it, so that my athletes didn’t have to feel the struggle I did.
I am the co-owner and one of the coaches at CrossFit Palm Beach in Jupiter, FL. We’ve been running our affiliate for over four years and have changed hundreds of lives. I hope this book can serve to help others near and far from our gym.

Easy to read and good advices. The only items I would love to read is the quantity apropiated for make a follow up of our progress. Perhaps is a good idea the author write a continuation with tables . But the review is good of course.-

Very helpful and honest!

This is a very effective read. Mostly straight to the point with just enough inspiration to motivate you with reality of the mind and emotions.
