Paul Manning was the protege of Edward R. Murrow and does an exhaustive job of documenting the success of Nazism after World War II. Indispensable reading for anyone interested in American history or looking for insight into the current worldwide financial crisis.

I have rarely spent this much to purchase a used, hardcover edition of a book. It was worth it. Paul Manning is cool.

It's easy to see why the book has been suppressed by all parties involved. It simply blows the lid off the official post WWII history, and explains quite a lot about U.S. foreign policy since 1947 and its onward march to fascism. Moreover, Manning's writing is excellent and easy to read while citing from official documents and intelligence sources. This book is a must read for anyone that has ever questioned the Anglo/American's version of the last days of the Third Reich or the recent financial crisis.

Its been probably 5 years since I've read this book.
Paul Manning does a complete recollection on the transfer of wealth from Nazi Germany to the corporations set up by Bormann, after the collapse of the state in 1945. Bormann is described as the power behind Hitler and a managerial powerhouse.
The key point I thought distinct were that corporations, which had profited in the use of slave labour using Jewish and minority groups prospered in the world after WW2. Hugo Boss, VW and Fanta but to name a few.
I believe many of the claims made by Manning, have been substantiated, by documents released to the public in 2014 by the FBI.

Good chronicale on one of the most crucial character of WW II. "The man in the Shadows.
The character of Martin Bormann, is one that haunts me ever since I have read a fiction, "The Valhalla Exchange." Whether Bormann was died by the end of the war or he was able to successfully escape to safety and start begining of a new Germany statying in exile is still a matter of debate. The author after a real painstaking reserach have pieced together the loose ends of history and generated a chronincle of the mastermind, that Martin Bormann was.

The review in the end do not tell anything about the actual beauty of reading of this book.

Superb book, written by a respected journalist and decorated war correspondent. Paul Manning lifts the veil of lies surrounding the man named by Adolf Hitler as his own successor. Martin Bormann survived the bunker and made his way to South America, setting up a network to further the Reich and secure control of the world through hidden networks that still operate today. For more on this subject I highly recommend Peter David Orr’s book “Eyewitness to Hitler’s Escape” and also the Curt Reiss book “The Nazi’s Go Underground” - (written in 1944).

A stunning read and if you weren’t aware it’s a factual account of Martin Borman’s plans developed during the 2nd World War it could be the current actions developing in the EU as we speak. So if you’re not sure how the Great Reset will actually come to fruition read this book.

The part of Bormann's business dealings and the upsurge of the economy in West Germany seem to be well researched. The theories about Bormann being in South America seem to be far fetched.

So far great book. The Bormann network was alive and kicking in South America, run by Martin's successors. Same people who infiltrated CIA and who call the shots at NATO.
Those people managed the lead years in Brazil and ultimately led to the downfall of the military regime, paving the way for the Sarney government and those who succeeded it to strip public assets and divert taxpayer money to their unorthodox enterprises around the world .
