Born in Northeast Ohio, Christa has lived on four different continents (including both sides of Asia)and traveled extensively. She has an extremely elaborate fantasy life and has been known to forget that the bands she made up don't exist to the extent that she has shopped for their albums on iTunes.
I received an ARC of this book and I this is my honest and freely given review. This story is about Taylor who made it big as a child star and is now trying to keep her adult career going. She is told that she needs more exposure on social media and that the producer has decided to give her character a romance with the hot, new, not-so-good young actor that joined the show, Ryan.
Ryan has been in love with Taylor since he discovered the show that made her a star when she was younger. He has a kind of shady past that he would love to keep buried and he has a hard time reconciling the love he has for the younger Taylor into the feelings he has for who she is now.
Taylor must come to terms with how things are done now as opposed to the past and she has to get past her first impressions of Ryan in order to make things work to keep her job. Read to see if the two of them can make things work not only professionally, but also personally.
I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review. I absolutely loved the story of Ryan and Taylor. Taylor is a childhood starlet all grown up and on another show that is going to cut her character if she doesn't do a love story on the show with the new kid Ryan. This Ryan's first acting job other than commercials. He really doesn't know much about acting. Taylor tells Marty the producer that she will help him with his acting and boost her image in the show. Ryan has a secrety past that he does not want to come out and is afraid that after he and Taylor have started dating it could ruin it.
I don't want to reveal any more because then you wouldn't want to read the book. It is a very beautiful book and I absolutely loved the characters. I didn't put it down until it was done.

Lucky to read ahead of release and without prejudice loved it! Great story, excellently written to grab the reader drawing them in to Ryan and Taylor's story. Nothing runs smoothly, even for the famous and nearly famous, Ryan's previous life infects his present, clouds his actions and Taylor's trust has been broken too recently not to leave a mark. Can they come together both needing each other for reasons they don't realise, you should read it to find out
