A generally solid book about weight loss, incorporating spiritual perspectives. Its strength is that it encourages one to not only work on the physical side of weight loss (eat less, exercise more), but equally advocates adopting a spiritual overhaul as well in order to be successful. The advice is sound though not new. The spiritual guidance has a strong evangelical tone. Demetre has an energetic, no-nonsense approach here.

The analogy starting out chapter 12 "You Are What You Eat" is telling. The nurtimax six and nutrizap four are quick reference points for daily health.
