When Harlan is captured by a band of females, he has no idea what’s in store. Treated as a sexual plaything and forced to erotically service all the women, he begins to understand what it feels like to be wanted only for his ability to breed. Then he meets Princess Inga, and realizes she’s the woman who has haunted his sexual dreams.
As the passion between them explodes, Harlan knows he has an impossible task. How can he convince a tribe of man haters that not all males are evil? Harder still is the task of proving his heartfelt love to the princess.

I’m not sure how I feel about this one. I loved all of the other books and this one was strange. There was so much assault. This was not sex at all. This was ridiculous if a woman was taken and held like this it would have been a mess.
I was ready for this to end as soon as it began. I love the regular men of Valhalla but Inga’s people should be ashamed of themselves.
This was absolutely ridiculous and then they had the nerve to kidnap my boo Harlan. They beat him and tortured him. This was all too darn much. I gave it three stars because I love Harlan. I think in all of this he has been the best male that has every graced these pages.
She needs to understand their customs and Inga is a biatch just like her awful mother. SMH !!!
Happy reading everyone 🥰😍🥰😍 I promise I am not annoyed 😒 lol 😂
My only quibble with this story was that it needed to be longer. When Inga blurts out that she loves Harlan at the end, I was dissapointed. That's it? She had been so despicable to sweet Harlan at the beginning I needed more groveling from her. How about -I love you Harlan, I'm sorry I ordered you to be whipped and I treated you like an animal. You're an honorable man and I'm lucky to have you. That would have been satisfying!
I enjoyed reading the story of Harlan and the conclave of disgruntled women who captured him. It was short and mostly sweet. Tortured to death by too much sex sounds pretty cool. I am very glad it all worked out in the end. Planet Valhalla is just that. A paradise full of horny men who live to please and satisfy females. Beam me up Scotty!!!
This one was a DNF for me. I got about a third of the way and I can't with the SA. I really liked Harlan as a character so I was going to try to get to the other side of it. I don't know if it turns around but I can't keep reading.
The only reason for 3 stars. The 2 main ones didn't spend enough time together. Plus, a little hard to read, with women using him. I would feel the same if reversed too.
DNFing for the time being. I wasn't really into it and didn't see the point of keeping it on my 'currently reading shelf'. I'll probably come back to it at a later date.
