I could have anyone that I wanted and I wanted Carol Masters. She was a challenge. The first time I met her, she was in the middle of a wedding. She was the maid of honor and I was a friend of the groom. Carol looked like a glowing angel. She was beautiful and I had to have her. I needed to corrupt her. How could she resist me? No one had before. Once a woman got a look at my muscles and tattoos, I usually had to keep them at bay, along with their feelings. I wasn’t looking for love. I was looking for a good time and Carol was instantly on my radar. Meeting her was a different story. She wasn’t interested in what I had to offer, but I knew that I was going to get my way. I only had two nights in Louisiana and I was going to spend them with her. There was no denying the attraction between us and before the wedding reception was over, I was going to have her bent over something. Carol took over my mind. Once just wasn’t going to be enough. I had to have her for good, for keeps and I wasn’t going to stop until she was mine. From the moment I saw her, I knew that Carol was made for me. How could it be any different? You're Mine is a stand-alone novel. As always, lots of love and romance and a very satisfying HEA!
Lauren Wood loves to read and write about irresistible alpha males who are naughty and dirty. If you like bad boys, sexy neighbors, billionaires, and swoon-worthy romance, you've come to the right place. Her alpha males are strong enough to make the hard decisions in life, but sweet enough to melt for his mate.
She is a big time fashionista, loves trying new hair styles, and if she is not writing, you will find her in a gym working on her body to get the attention of her very own bad boy. *-*-*
I loved the latest from Lauren Wood! Carol and David meet at their friends' wedding and couldn't be more different, she's by the book and he is a biker but that doesn't stop the sparks from flying the one night they share together. Now 6 months later David can't get her off his mind and finds himself back in New Orleans where Carol lives. In the 6 months for Carol though she has gotten a new boyfriend, who from his introduction in the book is just weird, even if she does still remember her time with David. When they reunite she will push him away, but when she finds herself in danger David will do whatever it takes to save her, even if it means trouble with the gang he has been helping out while in town. They say opposites attract and that is just what happens with Carol and David. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
A quick, fast paced read about Carol who has a one night stand with David. Six months have passed and not either of them can forget about each other. When David is relocated to where Carol lives he seeks her out not knowing that she has a boyfriend, Steve. When Steve witnesses their reunion, even though Carol resisted him, Steve gets jealous and snaps. What happens after you'll just have to read and find out. A fast paced read with some suspense and a lust/love that develops quickly between the two. I just wanted an epilogue to see how they ended up further in the future, otherwise a great read. *I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book*
This is a story about a girl and guy who meet at a wedding and are attracted to each other. They wind up having sex at the reception and then go their separate ways. He's the typical bad boy with tattoos and belongs to a gang and she's a nice girl who has nothing in common with him. After parting the guy goes back up north and the girl stays in New Orleans, but they can't stop thinking of one another. He goes to New Orleans on a job for his boss and tries to look her up which starts a whole train of situations that lead to her being in danger. The storyline is fairly fast paced but the editing is horrible. If that bothers you, it can be very aggravating. The author also includes a collection of various short stories.
I got this book as an ARC for my honest opinion and review. I have read other work by this author and other books in this series. I love them. They always seem to have something extra exciting to them. I loved David...he is a sexy bad boy. Carol and David met a few month ago at a wedding and had a one night stand. He can't stop thinking about her. So he has to find a way to make her his. Now she is with a new guy who is not all the savory. David vows to get her back and he has to go through hell fire to get her back. What to know more about their journey grab a copy? You will not be disappointed.

This is the 4th book in the series and can be read as a standalone.
Carol is the maid of honour for Cameron. David is Joel’s. Both are friend with Cameron and Joel from Always mine. Carol and David have a one-night stand at Cameron and Joel’s wedding. They can’t get each other out of their minds. David returns to Chicago and Carol has now has a boyfriend Steve. David comes back to New Orleans on business and chases Carol down. Her boyfriend Steve is possessive and doesn’t like David. With drama, a kidnapping and an attack do Carol and David get their HEA?
Here we get to the true MC bad boys. David is 100% pure bad ass.Carol took a lot longer for me to even like. She starts off really wish-washy and then she's ready to cheat on her boyfriend with David. At that point, I couldn't even respect her character. I didn't start to like her until the intrigue started getting the best of her. There's lots of action and a little suspense in here. This is probably my favorite of the series so far.
Really good enjoyable bad boy biker romance sigh. I really liked that he was the one who needed to pursue her, she made such a impact on him at the wedding 6 months earlier. Opposites do attract quite well
Carol the social worker lets go at her cousin(?) wedding David is the big bad sexy biker also at the wedding One dance will have them both remembering the after effects six months later...the hello its Mr stock market guy meets Mr pi**ed off
Tension filled with a great story line and characters that are exciting.
Mature readers, strong language and sexual content

Hi I am David I get what I want no matter how I get it all the women I want but no relationships no way so I am at my best friends wedding and I saw the next women I want her name is Carol and she is the bride's maid but she did not want anything to do with me but I was not going to take no I had two days to get her no matter what good and awesome story line of opposites attract and sparks fly loved it I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. and I loved so much Michelle
I think the story line idea was fine and new. But all together it was just to confused to read. The reader do not have enough time to know the history of the characters. The female character is a times too naive and have a lot of prejudice against bikers :) - but she has to chance her mind in the end. The plot is a bit too fantastic but loved it anyway. Short story with LOTS of action!
This was a great story. Carol and David meet at a mutual friends wedding and have a quick fling. When David comes back to town to see her, there's trouble with her new boyfriend. David's a biker, so he's used to trouble. Carol and David are pretty intense when they're together. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
A fast paced romance, the characters were intriguing and fun and the plot was well written. This was a great story that kept you interested throughout, you got caught up in the characters troubles, it was sweet in places while a little dark in others. yet fun all in al a very good read
If you are a fan of romance with bad boy biker that save the day then I believe you will enjoy reading this book.
I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review.
Carol & David meet at a wedding and are instantly attracted. This leads to what was supposed to be a one night stand. But months later, fate reunites them. Carol has moved on to a boyfriend that seemed to be a safer bet than the hot biker, David. A mystery unfolds, feelings expressed, emotions boil. Interesting read and I recommend it to all. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Four stars.
A wedding reception hook-up was all it was supposed to be. Then they can't stop thinking about each other, even though they are many miles apart. He has to work to get her to give him a chance because he's not her type. I like that she doesn't just give in.
I enjoyed the book. David met Carol and became determined to see her again. Carol became scared once she returned home,so she started a 'safe' relationship with Steve. There were lots of twists and turns with some danger involved.I received an ARC of this book voluntarily.
I found it lacked a good plot, there was not a lot of depth to any of the characters and a lot of the dialogue was just very cringeworthy, for lack of a better term. Almost DNF’d it but because it’s only 120 pages I pushed through 😓
Lauren is back with another Bad Boy and he is a hot alpha male. David noticed Carol at a wedding and will make her his but it never goes the way he wants. Lauren will take you on a fast ride with David and Carol.
Oh dear God what the hell have I just read!!! This book was dreadful, very badly written with unbelievable characters and plot. I cannot possibly give this any stars as it was that bad.
This book was so good! David is a Bad A$$! I love how he didn't give up on Carol. This is my favorite book in this series so far. This is worth buying! A must read!
I voluntarily ARC for honest review. This story take place in New Orleans,Carol Masterson meet Chicago badboy biker from Chicago. They are friends with Joel and Cameron wedding. They hit off but it won't work cause different lifestyle. They connected. Carol tries moving on by dating Steve who is stock broker. David can't forget Carol ,he is still thinking of her,has feelings for her , and sex with another woman is empty with no feelings . Steve feels threat by David and he drugs and kidnapps Carol on a boat . Carol is afraid of water and can't swim , Steve turned into a dark person. David is on hunt to find Carol. David rescue Carol, and they share their feelings for each other and whine up been the love of their lives .
Carol and David met at a wedding, and David just seemed drawn to her right away. He can't stop thinking about her, even weeks after the wedding is over. There are a lot of plot twists here and I really liked the story. It was steamy and suspenseful. One thing that I wasn't a huge fan of was that the dialogue seemed a little stilted, perhaps from the lack of contractions or natural speech diction. But I liked the characters, and we also see the return of characters from the previous book. Good action and flow of scenes. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
David and Carol meet at a friend's wedding and spends the night together. They are still thinking about each other six months later. They start seeing each other again. But Carol has been seeing someone else, who just happens to be crazy. Of course, you don't realize this till later.
It's kind of slow at the beginning but the storyline is good. I would have liked the book to be a little longer so it could include more details. But there is some plot twists, beatings, kidnappings, a rescue, and an HEA. Read the book and see what you think. I volunteered to leave a review for an ARC.
