I had to finish these books simply because I read the first one and I hate not finishing any book, no matter how boring it is. I couldn’t stand Tre in this book, he was annoying, that girl couldnt wipe her but without him handing her the tissue. Couldn’t even say Hi to a person without him breaking his neck to see who Mia say Hi to. Tre was over doing it. I skipped through tre and Mia part after I got to annoyed. Happy for moonie and Mitch, definitely happy for Von I guess. Rainey finally stop doing stupid stuff and get her life together, I’m happy for her too I guess. Hopefully duke and brandis get married and stop pushing the date back and forth.
I’m glad I’m finished with this book tho. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with my next one on it not being so boring. I’m happy to say GOOD BYE!!!
Chenell has done it again it pick right where part 2 left off. I loved the fact that Tre and Mia work out there difference and stayed together. I felt bad for Rainey but I'm glad that in the end she gotten herself on the right path. Moonie was something else but I'm glad she gotten it together. I was happy to see every one gotten there happily ever after.
This was a great ending to the series. Mis and Tre finally got it together and got their happy back and stayed together. This entire series was full of drama, good times and bad. There was character growth throughout. I look forward to reading whatever the author out next.
Alright read, a bunch of nonsense was going on especially with Moonie and Rainey. I had to give this three stars though just because it had me laughing. Mostly anything that came out of Lamar or Nina’s mouth had me laughing. The funeral really had me crackin’ up because I know a few people who showed out just like that and some even worse.
After reading this series this author has made her way on my list of just read authors. This interview brought the drama and I was excited to see how things would end.
After all the shame and betrayal, Tre has finally finished Creepin’, and Mia is willing to forgive him. She realizes, especially after Terri’s death, that Tre isn’t just hurting—he’s also willing to change. They don’t rush to tell Von about their relationship, but when Mia becomes pregnant, they have no choice but to come clean.
Despite all her worries, Mia is relieved to find that Von isn’t disappointed. Instead, he’s surprised, maybe a little caught off guard, but ultimately happy for them. He has always considered Mia his daughter, so knowing she’s officially becoming his daughter-in-law—and giving him a grandchild—is just icing on the cake. His only concern is Mia finishing school, and she assures him that she will.
Meanwhile, we watch Von finally end things with Cheryl to make his relationship with Tanya official, sending Cheryl into a downward spiral. London struggles with the rejection from her mother. Rainey’s jealousy catches up with her. Shad learns the hard way that fighting Paige’s battles isn’t the smartest move. And Moonie finally gets her life together—once she lets go of that project mentality, everything starts falling into place.
New & Notable Characters: • Treasure Amore & Little Tre – Mia & Tre’s children • Lisa – Mitch’s cousin, godmother to Little Anthony and Anika • Clarita – Mia’s grandmother, Moonie’s mother • Myron – Clarita’s deceased husband • Carter – Paige’s new man • Chase – Carter’s brother • April Hollins – CPS worker • Anna – Dalvin’s mom • Aria – Melissa’s sister • Angela – Mr. Warren’s wife • Nate – Cheryl’s man • Nicole – Rainey’s mom • Cane – Chase & Carter’s brother
After all the shame and Creepin’, Chenell Parker brings in the final player to clean up this mess. Book 3 wraps everything up nice and neat, reminding us that just because you live in the projects doesn’t mean the projects have to live in you. You can either beat the odds—or let them beat you. Parker shows us that, no matter how grown we think we are, some of us still have a lot of growing to do.
I finally got over my dislike of them being God Siblings and took the story for what is was and 5 out of 5 definitely a great read ! Don’t get me wrong I hate Rainey just as much as the next but she ain’t deserve all that at the same time I really wasn’t too mad at London cause she tried to warn her and she at least called someone ….ive been rooting for Moonie since day one and I loved her through and through I also loved Mitch for her ! Brandis another one that I’ve been rooting for since day one loved her down……all in all
Paige got what she deserved Her Nieces got what they deserved London got what she deserved Michelle got what she deserved Melissa got what she deserved Tre siblings got what they deserved ***NOTHING*** Chase and Carter got what they deserved Dalvin got what he deserved and in turn… Shad got what he deserved Last but not least Ricky got what he deserved
Mia and trevon had a going on realtionship as God brother and sister. When I read title I just assumed the characters had a spouse and the person had them a side lover, I was sadly mistaken. Mia and Tre kept going back and forth about keeping there relationship a secret from her for father who son was trevon, Mia didn't want to disappoint him, this went on for 2 years. Once the secret was out , Tre didn't care, he didn't want to hide his love, there where twist and turns with the other characters, over all awesome book 📚
This was definitely a great read. I didn’t see what the big deal was with Tre and Mia being Godbrother and Godsister and wanting to date each other. They weren’t related by blood. I hated how Mia kept stalling about letting Von know about their relationship.
Some of the women in this book were so damn thirsty. Letting go of a man can be hard but not that damn hard.
This story was one for the books.. I loved all 3 books to this series.. happy everybody got there happily ever after.. And everybody got what they deserved.. Glad Mia and tre worked it out.. from book 1 I was rooting for him .. I knew he would get it together cause the love he had for mia.. von Lamar and Nina took the cake for me they had me hollering glad moonie and Lamar stepped up for mia.. great read
This was a really good series... I have read a series by Chenell that I haven't loved. I will miss my boo Von. I glad everything worked out for those who deserved it. I wanted more Von and more Brandis & Duke and I got it.
This is a good finale to the series. A lot of the characters grew up while others remained childish. Life took the characters through different turns, but it all ended like it should.
Urban fiction is normally not my thing but I thoroughly enjoyed those grandparents..... Nina, Lamar, Moonie and Mitch and Von and Tanya made the book for me... Poor Mrs. Clarice... she tried
I liked it but i could of did without Paige and Rainey story. It wasn’t bad just didn’t care for them to much.. the turn of events were definitely unexpected for some situations don’t want to write any spoilers but it was a great series
Ugh. This could have ended in the first book but I kept reading since I started. Nothing exciting happened! Back and Forth between Tre and Mia was annoying.
Moonie and Lamar were funny to me. Von was a little overbearing when it came to Mia and his granddaughter and Rainy, London, Cheryl, and Paige where all desperate for a man no matter the cost.... I would recommend this book.
I swear I could not put this book down. I loved Moonie and Trey. This book was a good read I don't understand why rainy went through all of the stuff that she went through.
What a great ending to this series. Tre finally did right by Mia and got his act together, and I feel as though that was the best decision he could've made. I don't feel bad for what Rainey went through because she brought it upon herself. I knew from the beginning that London wasn't about that life, that's why she snitched. Paige just got on my nerves, and I don't feel sorry for her being in jail. I'm happy Von got his act together. Great read
Glad Tre & Mia got their happy ending. Now the Rainey & London just shameful. Paige finally got what she deserved but as usual she brought others down with her.
All good things have to come to an end. Von and Lamar need their own story. I feel Gina and Tanya can give them a run for all them coins. Lol!! Great read!!
