It is a really interesting - although short - introduction to this concept, that I wasn't familiar with. Through meditation and focus on mindfullness, a life of moderation - either it is about your closet, fridge, relationships or work load - can be achieved. An useful reading if you consider to cut down any kind of clutter and negativity.

Not as folksy or charming as most books on Scandinavian culture concepts; did manage to get the point across that Lagom is the lifestyle equivalent of Baby Bear's belongings--"Not too hard, not to soft. Juuuuust right!"

Not impressed

Many errors in the writing became distracting. The Information was okay, but nothing new or that unique. Overall, disappointed and not worth the money.

Simple, straightforward advice on balance

Not much new here but the simplicity and conciseness is worth noting. The last topic of managing ones thoughts is the best I have seen.

I didn't disagree with this book, but neither did it say anything that wasn't obvious. A bit too simple in its approach, it could have been so much better.

Great, coincise and to the point summary of what lagom is and how to achieve it. Useful reminders that we tend to forget.
