Harlem & Devin been to together for well over a year, he’s everything she wants in a man & then some or at least that’s what she thought. It just so happens Harlem & Camron both find what they are looking for when they run into brothers Caleb & Kalil. Caleb & Kalil better known to the streets as Keem & Heem are two of the coldest niggas you could ever meet. Not the one’s to play games they don’t mind sending ga ingle bullet your way. When they meet Harlem & Camron they want nothing more than to protect them from all the hurt and pain. With Caleb & Kalil being straight shooters and Camron & Harlem finally walking away from their exes things escalate & drama pushes it’s way to the forefront. A different king of love story is what the for of them have but how could you expect anything different when these ladies are crazy about their savages.
‘Crazy About my Savage’ was a story about three friends, Carmon, Harlem, and Winter, and their relationships. Carmon and Marcel, and Harlem and Devin, seemed like the perfect couples… That is, until things began to take a turn for the worst when both men cheated, with Winter, Harlem’s sister, only adding to the heartbreak.
The plot thickens as both Carmon and Harlem find new men: Caleb and Kalil, aka Keem and Heem. Things are rocky at first, but then it seems as if they are ready for another happy ending – until things turn left, once again.
Drama, confusion, and jumping to conclusions… it seems like these ‘matches made in heaven’ may not last after all. But then things take yet another turn as Marcel and Devin decide that they want their women back – but Caleb and Kalil aren’t having it…
Overall, I think this was a good debut novel. The author’s character’s displayed relatable emotions, though each character was kind of immature in his or her actions. I think the story was pretty well-written, and I really liked how the author left the ending… I will be on the lookout for Part 2!
A very intense read. I love the way Shaniya Dennis kept the consistency of the plot flowing. These brothers aren't to mess with. When they love they love hard and will kill without hesitation. Harlem and Cameron two lucky females in this book. Their exes could've took a exit off the stage without being forced, but they were too hard headed. Now two families bout to be at odds and alot of craziness bout you happen in part 2. Alot of people coming out of the woodwork at the last minute will have you begging for part 2. I'm anxious to find out what's going to happen with Sydney. Will Cameron and Harlem finally get what they needed in a man? Will the truth come out and the sister? Will Caleb pull through? So much I want answered in part 2. Love love love it.
I love Keem and Heem they played no games! I also love how loyal Cam and Harlem are they were loyal to men that didn't deserve it and also to men who did. Devin and Marcel just didn't want to let go of women that was their own fought they lost bc of them cheating. I hope Caleb is okay and I wonder where Keisha has been this whole time, I hope Marcel didn't get Cam pregnant when he kidnapped her. I don't know why but I don't believe Sydney is dead but if she is I know her father and sister will be showing face.
MARCEL AND KIDNAPPED CAMRON AND DEVIN SHOT HARLEM IN THE CHEST WHILE SHE WAS PREGNANT BUT SHE IS NOT DEAD BUT SHE DID LOSE THE BABY. SYDNEY SAW THAT CALEB AND KALIL GO INSIDE THE HOUSE WHERE MARCEL WAS HOLDING CARMON AND CALEB AND KALIL KILLED MARCEL AND SYDNEY FOUND MARCEL DEAD ON THE FLOOR. SYDNEY SHOWED UP TO CAMRON WELCOME HOME PARTY AT CALEB'S CLUB AND SHE ASKED ABOUT HIM ABOUT HER COUSIN AND HE SAID WHO IS YOUR COUSIN AND SHE SAID MARCEL YOU PUSSY. SYDNEY KIILED CALEB. DEVIN IS PRETTY MUCH ALIVE HE LEFT DOWN WITH WINTER AFTER HE SHOT HARLEM BUT WINTER DID REACH OUT TO HER SISTER.
Loved the flow and pace of they story. Problems encountered a handled in a timely manner. Harlem and Cameron were good women with their own. The problem was the men in their life took them for granted, until it was to late and wouldn’t let go. Hem and Akeem not playing when it comes to the girls! Devin’s other connection to Heem and Keem was surprising but that ending was even more surprising. Let’s see how this plays out!
First time reading Shaniya Dennis. Bravo. This book held my attention from beginning to end. These brothers are both jock. I hate what Harlem and Cameron are going through. Not sure about Caleb..is he going to make it..and who is the mystery woman..I think I have a clue. Looking forward to reading pt 2.
Devin and Winter was just plain disgusting I'm wondering if the baby is really his? Karma got Marcel good. Cam and Harlem are very good Ladies. Caleb was wrong for entertaining Sydney. I love Kalil. I'm wondering where their sister was all this time? What problems that she facing?
I loved the characters. It did seem that Harlem and Cameron were moving to fast but the love did seem genuine. It did seem the Keem and Heem got mixed up a few times but it didn’t bother me. Caleb lowkey did piss me off about him getting caught up with Sydney. I’m glad that I did see that it is a sequel because it did not look like good news.
This book was a very good read. I really wish the story with all fed and time and there will be no need for part two. Either way this book was very good and can't wait to read part two
All in all I enjoyed reading this book. It was thoroughly entertaining and full of twists. A truly great read and I highly recommend this to everyone. I can't wait to start the next one.
Really good book. It seems like when thing started to go right with the girls, all kinds of drama started coming outta left field. I’m wondering who this mystery woman is. I hope not another delusional ex.
Excellent read from beginning to end but that ending left me with my mouth open. Lots of surprises you don’t even imagine happening in this book. Good job Author can’t wait to read book 2.
Omg I love how you started the book off with two cousins going threw it with they men then they found Love I hope they kill Sydney behind in the next book
OMG. Ninjas always wanna be salty after they do a chick bad. I can't wait to see what happens. I just want them to be happy. Hold up. Where the hell they sister been?
I enjoyed this book it started a little slow for me, but once it picked up I was all in. Excellent storyline, I hope Harlem and Camron get their happy ending. Good job.
This here was a good book. Not gonna lie I was hoping it was a standalone. I feel like it definitely could have been however since it's not I'm interested to see what will develop in the second. Well clearly the female who pops up character needs developing (I think I know who it is too).
The overall storyline of this book was good. It didn't flow as nicely as I would have liked it to though. It seemed as if I was reading about something then something totally different. Also some of the details of the book seemed a little far fetched to me. I am looking forward to reading part 2 because I can definitely see the potential in this author.
You talking about a good book I love it I thought it was gonna be a standalone but no Ms. Shaniya had to throw a curve in there I love the four main characters and I'm glad they found each other I pray Caleb make it can't wait for part two keep up the great work.
This book was everything from beginning to end drama action intense couples up and down suspense puzzle revelation revealed well written every page intense couples rollercoaster the emotional cliffhanger is it real can't wait for two!
