Things seem to be peaceful after the battle between the Fallen and the New Angels a year ago, but sometimes appearances can be deceiving. Roman and Alexander have been enjoying their work, placing New Angels in various jobs throughout the East Coast, but they find out that the Fallen are not adhering to the rules put into place after the last conflict. As Roman becomes more involved with helping the Elders figure out what the Fallen are up to now, Alexander gets closer to a Fallen Angel who Roman doesn’t trust, causing tension between himself and his soul mate. Roman’s warnings to Alexander and the others seem to fall on deaf ears. With Roman preoccupied by a demanding work schedule, will he have unknowingly placed Alexander in the hands of one of the most dangerous and sinister Fallen?
About me: When I'm not writing I like going to concerts. Music is a big part of my life, I've played bass guitar since I was a teen. I love nature and enjoy hiking and working with causes that help protect our planet and wild animals.
I have loved books all of my life and have always enjoyed escaping the ordinary world by getting lost in a good book. I read a lot of different genres of books but have fallen in love with MM. I support the gay community and hope one day people will see that love is love and that it is a beautiful thing no matter your gender, race or religion.
I am an avid animal lover and have quite a collection of pets in my home. I love ancient history and have studied Alexander the Great as well as Egypt and it’s pharaohs. I also am very interested in angels and have researched them and will put that to use in future books.
I hope that my readers continue to fall in love with my characters and that my stories touch their lives and bring them happiness.
For anyone who's had the pleasure of reading this series, I'm sure you'll agree with me when I say how this series couldn't haven't ended any better; although, it was sad to say goodbye to Alexander and Roman (I cried like a baby).
Grein Murray's characters are so lovable and precious, yet each of them are vulnerable just enough where she has a way of making her readers become extremely protective of each and every one of them.
Alexander and Roman love so deeply because they've lived long enough to see how mankind has continually attempted to destroy everything that's good in this world. It's a heavy burden to keep watch and make sure evil doesn't tip the balance in its favor. Such is the life of a New Angel and an Elder.
Throughout this series, we've met some unforgettable characters —kind and commanding like archangel Michael (ok, he's actually really hot!), along with so many other lovable angels and humans who have made a difference in other's lives, to the nastiest of them all, Drusus and Corvin.
The relationship between Alexander and Roman is adorable. They're funny, protective, sexy as all, and really GET each other. Nothing is a hardship or considered putting themselves out when helping the other; their love is unconditional and inspiring.
In the end, love wins—it always does. Alexander and Roman truly get what they deserve and some—a love story with no end—for all eternity. After all, they're angels! Thanks, Grein Murray, for this amazing series that I won't soon forget. Hands down, five shining silver wings for me!
This is the third book in the series, and I strongly suggest that you read the first two so that you understand what’s going on. This is the last of the series, and I couldn’t ask for a more perfect ending. But it does break my heart that this is the last of the series. I have truly loved reading about these wonderful angels and the love they have for each other along with the hot sexual appetite for each other.
Alexander and Roman are angels that have fought the fallen angels and have done an amazing job saving the humans. Roman hates that Alexander is so trusting, and he doesn’t want to go alpha on him but…he needs to protect the love of his life.
I have grown to love most of the characters in this series especially Michael, the archangel (well besides Alexander and Roman). There have been so many characters that have helped them throughout the series that have won my heart both in heaven and on earth. But then there is Corvin, one of the evilest of them all. Corvin puts up so many roadblocks that I began to wonder if good can’t beat out evil. Then there is Drusus. I loved hating this character for even messing my angels. Like, really, who does he think he is?
Grein did a superb job with this series, and it saddens me this is the last of the series. Maybe, if we harass Grein enough, she’ll do one more book for Asher. Hint Hint.
Will Alexander and Roman withstand all the evil? How will their love for each other withstand the test of time? I don’t want to give too much away, but I know you want the answers too. So, get this series, enjoy the love, hot sex and good versus evil. You won’t be disappointed.

***I would like to thank the author for the privilege and opportunity of reading this ARC. My review is an honest opinion of the book***
Thank you for such a wonderful, heartfelt, and loving series. I absolutely loved these books. I know you said thieves the end of the series, but I an hoping you think about a follow up book layer with Asher. Thank you again! Beautiful.
5 Stars plus... Okay if you haven't read this series from this talented writer your missing out. You'll fall in love with Alexander and Roman as they fight the Fallen Angels to keep the human race safe. Beautifully written with all the characters involved. Just when you think the book cant get any better the author puts a little surprise in at the ending. Beautiful sexy scenes are throughout this book and my favorite would have to be the waterfalls. A year onward from their past battle Roman and Alexander are back doing what they do best, but Roman is worried about Alexander's trusting nature. Roman has concerns regarding Drusus that he maybe playing with them all and tottally doesn't trust him. With a new threat of escapees from Tararus Prison they do not want Apollyon out again. What actually happens is a complete surprise you wont see happening. This is highly recommended for your libraries, you will need to read the other books first. Well done Ms Murray.
