An engaging thriller, full of twists and turns, and very hard to put down!
We start with Asha waking up in a hospital with no memory of how she got there. She soon realises that her new husband Ollie isn't with her, so where is he? A friend soon visits her and she realises she's in Vietnam on her honeymoon, but something has obviously gone terribly wrong.
We go backwards and forwards in time, from Asha's wedding day to her time in Vietnam, slowly piecing the clues together of what happened on that fateful day, the day that Asha's world was turned upside down. We get to know Asha and Ollie's friends and family, then the guests at the resort, all of whom seem to have something to hide or an ulterior motive. Even the resort itself seems sinister and threatening.
As Asha slowly starts to unravel the memories of the day, we realise there are many possibilities as to what happened. Was it a random accident? Did someone follow them to Vietnam? Or was a fellow guest responsible? The answer really isn't so surprising, yet it is delivered in such a creepy and chilling way, you still find yourself hooked.
I really did enjoy this book, racing through it quickly to find out what had happened, and why. The characters are believable, and the plot just sucks you in. Added to the exotic setting of Vietnam, what's not to love? Recommended to all lovers of psychological fiction.

Addicting! Complex! Atmospheric!
How well do you know the person you just vowed to spend the rest of your life with? That is the question that Asha is asking herself when she wakes up in the hospital with no memory of what has happened and no sign of her new husband Ollie... this was an addictive fast-paced psychological thriller that I could not put down! Asha is a tremendously likable and sympathetic character and I found myself needing to know what in the world was going on!
Asha and Ollie are on their honeymoon in paradise after a fairytale wedding... but something is not right, Ollie wants to spend more time with others then his new wife... is the honeymoon already over? Why is Ollie behaving so strangely? Told from two different timelines the fairytale wedding in London and the honeymoon on the beaches of Vietnam... Asha struggles to find out why her fairytale has turned into a nightmare.... I was suspicious of everyone... Paradise was filled with suspicious and unlikable characters, that is for sure!
This was a well plotted twisty psychological thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat... so descriptive and atmospheric that I could feel the heat of the Vietnam beaches and smell the salt of the ocean... I could also feel the tension that emanated from those beaches.... The conclusion to this story the who, the what, and the Y, was crazy and the absolute twistiest! Loved it!
Absolutely recommend when you’re looking for a compulsive, complex, atmospheric, and twisty psychological thriller!

This is a complex atmospheric and dark psychological thriller about a couple that exposes just how little may be known about the person you marry. Asha and Ollie are from different spectrums of the social strata. Asha cannot believe she has snagged such a good looking and wealthy man in Ollie, despite all the disapproval emanating from his family. Having faced difficulties, she is on 3 week honeymoon at a luxury resort in what can only be described as paradise. However, something is wrong, Ollie is going out of his way to avoid her and more intent on socialising with other couples at the resort. Furthermore, Ollie is exhausted and irate, definitely not a happy man as the personal intimacy drops out of his and Asha's relationship. What is going on?

Having read Sarah J Naughton”s other novel Tattletale, I was overjoyed to receive a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for a review.
Asha wakes up in a hospital in Thailand with little recollection of how she got there. She has some memories of her wedding to Ollie.
Asha and Ollie from completely different social backgrounds had their fairytale wedding and were on their Thai paradise honeymoon, but all’s not well in paradise. Ollie seems to want to spend most of his time away from Asha, hardly the behaviour of newly weds!!
I knew from the first few pages this was going to be a memorable novel and I wasn’t disappointed. I enjoyed the way the chapters were split with different timelines as that kept the intrigue going and made this a thrilling, dark and addictive read.
I loved how descriptive this book was, I could picture myself in Thailand on the beach with a chilled drink in my hand whilst reading it!!
A must read. Looking forward to Sarah’s next book. Please don’t make me wait too long!!!

Having been a huge fan of “TattleTale” I was looking forward to more from Sarah Naughton and I wasn’t disappointed. The Other Couple was a gorgeously twisted psychological thriller, with a mostly warm, idyllic setting which was lovely considering our British weather right now – unfortunately paradise isn’t quite as wonderful as main protagonist Asha hoped when she embarked on the honeymoon of her dreams with the man of her dreams…
I love the way this author writes such great character drama – weaving intriguing and often thought provoking relationships around a rather horrific happening. Asha has married into wealth, the divide between how she thinks and how her never wanting for anything new husband thinks is cleverly done – yet you still feel they could be the perfect couple, if only Ollie wasn’t suddenly acting so strangely…and if only they hadn’t already suffered a tragedy that would tend to tear couples apart…
I was with Asha all the way as she tried to work out what was wrong, her frustration at both Ollie and the fact that even on their honeymoon they are drafted into social interactions with other couples at the resort resonated. The old adage “trust no-one” will serve you well whilst reading this – there are some socially relevant aspects to it that were compelling (bankers anyone?) and after a twist fueled ride to resolution, the author throws in what I hope will become her trademark – the unexpected, not in a necessarily “whodunnit” way ending.
Overall The Other Couple was a great read. Great writing, an atmospheric and unpredictable plot and some great scene setting and characterisation. Loved it.

Asha wakes up in a hospital in Vietnam with no recollection of how she got there or what happened. Something is obviously very wrong. Where’s her husband? What happened that caused their honeymoon to derail so dramatically?
To find out, the author takes us on a trip from London to Vietnam, from Asha’s wedding day to her honeymoon and to having to deal with the aftermath. Asha needs to dig deep to find out the truth in a world she’s never quite belonged. A world of the rich and privileged, a world where money talks and people seem to be able to get away with anything. Asha comes from a far different background and also has the “wrong” skin colour. She’s not exactly welcomed with open arms.
From the first day of the honeymoon, the cracks begin to show as Asha’s new husband Oliver acts rather strangely. Is he merely tired? Is he already tired of her? Or is there something else going on? Asha and Oliver spend a lot of time with other tourists, none of them particularly likeable in my opinion. In fact, it made me feel like the best holidays are those in the middle of nowhere with not another person in sight. 😄
Sarah J. Naughton kept me guessing from the chilling prologue right until the end, when I had all but exhausted my list of potential suspects, ruling them out one by one. Even on the glorious beaches of Vietnam, there is a constant threatening vibe and at times, I was almost holding my breath expecting something to happen. Paradise suddenly felt incredibly claustrophobic, creating a fantastic contrast between something pretty and something ugly.
The Other Couple is a deliciously twisty tale of grief and revenge. A story that had me trying really hard to figure out the pieces of the puzzle but ultimately left me baffled. This is a psychological thriller that oozes atmosphere and will leave you suspicious of everyone.

This is one of those stories that I just couldn't get in to properly. It had all the makings of a great read - a romantic wedding, a honeymoon-gone-wrong in Vietnam, memory loss, trauma, murder - but yet I just never really bonded with this story.
It would seem to me that I'm just having "one of those years", being a year in which a lot of books that I'm reading are good, without being great. Yes, I've read a few absolute pearls this year so far, but I've also read a lot of average reads, and so perhaps the problem lies with me and my reading mojo, and not so much with the book itself.
Asha comes from a somewhat modest background and she has married a wealthy man, Ollie. Although it's clear that their social backgrounds are very different, they seem to genuinely love each other. However, on their honeymoon, Ollie starts to act strangely, becoming distant, evasive, uninterested in sex and generally withdrawn. At first Asha is convinced that he's merely stressed about work issues, but soon she starts to wonder whether her new husband is actually hiding something.
This story switches back and forth between the present, when Asha is in a hospital bed, and the time before the honeymoon, back to the wedding and the events of that day. It doesn't take long for an uneasy feeling to develop, and I found myself wondering whether it was Ollie or indeed Asha that had enemies.
This is a good read. It's a twisty psychological thriller, and one that many people have found highly entertaining. I enjoyed this one, but as I mentioned earlier, I never found myself totally invested, never on the absolute edge of my seat, never forcing my eyes to stay open to read another page. This one will go onto my list of read and enjoyed. If the blurb appeals to you, give it a go, because the problem may indeed be mine.

Това е един неочаквано добър психологически трилър, в който нищо не е такова каквото изглежда на първо четене!!! Заплетен сюжет, непрекъснати обрати, тайни от миналото, омраза и завист, грешни ненаказани постъпки и жадни за възмездие герои.
Действието се развива в няколко различни етапа от живота на двамата герои, което много ми допадна - този начин на разказване помага, според мен, на читателя да влезне по-добре в сюжета и почти да е на същото място, до героите, сякаш ги наблюдава отстрани.
Героите са толкова реалистични, действието непрекъснато се пренася от миналото в настоящето и напрежението се движеше вълнообразно за да създаде още повече напреж��ние.
Действието се развива в няколко различни етапа от живота на двамата герои, което много ми допадна - този начин на разказване помага, според мен, на читателя да влезне по-добре в сюжета и почти да е на същото място, до героите, сякаш ги наблюдава отстрани.

What an opening! Very atmospheric and poetic. Chilling! This totally grabbed my attention and made me want to find out more!
I loved jumping between the Before and After of whatever happens. Asha is giving nothing away in the After….she can’t remember a thing! Then as the story unfolds, partial memories start to return but will the key one of the attack ever appear?!
There’s a subtle undertone from before the Vietnam trip that throws in an element of doubt to the tale. As the past unfolds, seeds of doubt creep in to the thought process of one of the main characters. Asha’s relationship with Ollie’s family and friends is far from friendly and they aren’t what you’d call supportive in Asha’s time of need and grief.
The future is packed with intrigue, making me hungry to know what happened. There is tense build to the climax as Asha gradually uncovers the truth of everything that leads to Ollie’s death and her attack. I really did not see that coming!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading The Other Couple – it kept me guessing through out and I suspected everyone Asha mentioned!! Sarah J Naughton has written a fabulous psychological thriller which ticked all the boxes, unreliable narrator and untrustworthy supporting cast, each capable of the dastardly deed! Throw in the back drop of exotic Vietnam and it’s definitely death in paradise!

18 months ago I read "Tattletale" and liked it very much. That's why I was so happy when I saw that there was a new book from Sarah J. Naughton.
Again, we are spoiled as a reader with a complex story. The author writes very fluently and adds many details to her story. Some of the characters remain a bit superficial. I did not warm to Asha either. She is a very strong character and very lifelike with all her faults. I was only slightly disturbed by her paranoia and her constant thinking about sex. She is very self-absorbed. At the same time, these mistakes makes her very human. But I don't have to like the main character to enjoy a book.
The story is interwoven and complex, but also somewhat unrealistic. Nevertheless I have read the book very quickly and enjoyed it. It stands out beneficially from many simple and straightforward written thrillers precisely because the stroy is so involved. It's kind of different, not so mainstream. But above all, the author can write very well, so that you like to follow their slightly overdrawn story quite happy. I'm looking forward to her next book.

Asha, the girl from the wrong side of the tracks marries rich, privileged, brash Ollie. Obvioulsy Ollie's family loook down their snooty noses at Asha, as not only is she not wealty, she is also of Asian origin. So they've had a lavish wedding and are now on the tropical island of Con Son, once a penal colony, in Vietnam, where Ollie seems to spend more time swimming and drinking than in the arms of the delectable Asha. She's a tad frustrated to say the least.
Some time later Asha wakes up in a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon). Why is she there? Where is Ollie? Why does her head hurt? Why am I reading this? So many questions – and I simply cannot read any further to find the answers – assuming there are some.
This is badly written with stereotypical characters and cheesy dialogue. The authour has employed the ever popular flip-flop time line, so we have Asha in hospital, the honeymoon, the wedding and back again.
I really don't know what the target market is, but I know it's not for me.

This novel was gripping and full of suspense and yet I’ve read better psychological thrillers recently. This might be due to the fact that none of the characters in this book were particularly like-able, Asha and her flirtatious nature and wandering eye, Ollie’s snobbery, Milo’s arrogance, Scott’s ‘moodiness’ ... etc, etc. Still, it had a good plot, although sometimes it wasn’t very believable but nevertheless it did keep me turning pages. If I could give it a 3.5 I would but I don’t think it deserves a 4, therefore it has to be a 3 from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Combining foggy memories, alternating timelines between the now and the before and something sinister lurking around the edge of remembering, Sarah J. Naughton weaves a dark mystery that might give you second thoughts about your upcoming summer holiday.
Oh, you guys! This was one of those books… I knew pretty much from the first page that I’m in for something something good. I’m usually pretty chill when I’m reading, but I found myself frantically poking at my kindle to turn the pages and find out every little dirty detail.
The author creates suspense with the classic use of “that thing that happened in July“, and similar hints, which I know some of you might not like, but I’m a sucker for it. If it’s done well, that is, and damn it was a pretty stressful read, and I mean it in the best possible way.
Asha and Ollie make a lovely couple. The Other Couple captures the holiday feeling to the point where you can almost feel the sand under your toes, just so it can throw you in utter desperation to figure out what the actual fuck just happened.
A great book to take to the beach with you. Just watch your back!

Oh, you guys! This was one of those books… I knew pretty much from the first page that I’m in for something something good. I’m usually pretty chill when I’m reading, but I found myself frantically poking at my kindle to turn the pages and find out every little dirty detail.
The author creates suspense with the classic use of “that thing that happened in July“, and similar hints, which I know some of you might not like, but I’m a sucker for it. If it’s done well, that is, and damn it was a pretty stressful read, and I mean it in the best possible way.
Asha and Ollie make a lovely couple. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I picked up The Other Couple and was concerned that it was going to be very similar to another book I have read recently which also featured a honeymoon in a luxury resort. But Sarah J Naughton has really created a unique honeymoon experience for her characters and I have to say that, although I did like her last psychological thriller for adults, this new book really did hit all the buttons for me. I LOVED IT!!
I found myself getting totally invested in the three different points of view used throughout to weave together the plot. The reader is introduced to Asha as she lays in a hospital bed after a terrible event had occurred. We then flash back to the luxury honeymoon she has been on with new husband Ollie and then further back to their wedding. Set in Hampshire in the U.K. and Vietnam for the honeymoon, the setting of the island paradise resort felt hot and oppressive with an air of disquiet. The superficial friendships that people make on holiday, with nothing more in common than having chosen the same place for their week or two of R&R, were well crafted and it becomes obvious quite early on that someone else on the island knows more about Asha and Ollie than they are letting on!!
The build up to finding out what has happened to Ollie was slowly delivered but this just added to the tension for me! There was an atmosphere between the newly married couple that was unusually troubled. Asha has married into money but the differences in their backgrounds don’t seem to be the problem. Ollie is moody, jumpy and uninterested in sex and this in turn frustrates Asha (and quite rightly so!! It’s their HONEYMOON for goodness sake!!) who seeks better tempered company whilst on the island.

Asha hat scheinbar das große Los gezogen, denn ausgerechnet sie hat sich den erfolgreichen Geschäftsmann Oliver geangelt. Zwar ist seine Familie nicht gerade von ihr begeistert, doch Asha lässt sich nicht beirren. Glücklich treten die beiden ihre Hochzeitsreise nach Vietnam an. Doch kaum dort angekommen, verändert sich Oliver. Er wirkt distanziert und geht ihr aus dem Weg. Die Idylle ist schnell getrübt, denn eines Morgens wacht Asha in einem Krankenhaus auf und Oliver ist tot…
Was genau ist also passiert? Asha hat leider Erinnerungslücken, so dass auch wir Leser zunächst nicht mehr wissen als sie. Im Laufe der Story springen wir zwischen verschiedenen Zeitpunkten umher. So erfahren wir, dass Oliver bereits zur Hochzeit distanziert wirkte, und beginnen, die Ereignisse von hinten aufzurollen. Nach und nach erleben wir die Hochzeit, die ersten Tage der Flitterwochen und nähern uns immer mehr dem tragischen Ereignis.
Dadurch, dass man bereits wusste, dass Oliver sterben wird, fiebert man förmlich auf das Ereignis hin. Ich zumindest war sehr gespannt, wie der gute Oliver denn nun zu Tode kommt. Das ganze Drumherum war auch recht spannend erzählt, auch wenn einige Nebenfiguren eher skurril als glaubwürdig waren. Ich hatte immer mal wieder jemand anderen im Verdacht, die letztliche Auflösung war jedoch ganz anders als ich gedacht hätte.
Wir erleben im Laufe der Story ein paar Wendungen, die Licht ins Dunkel bringen. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich mir das Ende etwas anders vorgestellt habe, aber im Großen und Ganzen war es durchaus in Ordnung, wenn auch fast schon ein wenig kitschig.
Naughtons Schreibstil hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Eine gute Portion Spannung und ein roter Faden, der sich spürbar durch das Buch gezogen hat. Ich mag ihre Art zu schreiben, daher werde ich mir demnächst auch mal ihren anderen Thriller “Ich soll nicht lügen” anschauen.

This was an ok book.
I struggled to really envelop myself in to the story and I am not sure why. The story is interesting and the characters did not annoy me. But I just could not fully get into it

I really enjoyed Tattletale which I read last year so I was keen to read The Other Couple and excited to see if it had the same twisty, trippy, gripping style as Tattletale. I'm pleased to say it did! I was engrossed in this book immediately and it only took me a couple of hours to read it cover to cover.
Asha has the perfect life, she's off on her honeymoon with her wealthy, gorgeous husband Ollie to spend 3 weeks in luxury in a 6 star resort in Vietnam. Asha who grew up on a council estate and worked in a MacDonald's can't believe her luck that she's fallen in love with someone whose not only wealthy and prepared to look after her but who she is truly, madly, deeply in love with. Even if his family don't approve of her background or the colour of her skin.
But things have been a little off between Asha and Ollie recently. Their sex life has all but dried up and Ollie is tired, stressed and angry all the time. But Asha's world comes crumbling down when she is wakes up in hospital having being left for dead in the So Den Caves and Ollie is nowhere to be found.
This story is highlighted by secrets and lies which emerge following the events in Vietnam. Asha is thrown into turmoil as she doesn't know who to trust, who is even safe to be around. Everyone is under suspicion but as Asha digs deeper she begins to discover that the secrets which may lead to their attacker, lie not in the present but in Ollie's past.
This story was even more gripping than Tattletale. I had my suspicions throughout but they were never right until quite close to the end I started to cotton on. But there's a lot of excellent red herrings to fish your way through first! A highly recommended thriller!

2.5 because let’s face it, our protagonist Asha is one of the biggest wankers I’ve ever read about.
This book kept me throughout and my intrigue was constant, but I just could not wrap my head around how low Ashas character was and I stayed with this book with the expectation of it being discovered, perhaps as a twist, that she was in fact our real antagonist. No such revelation occurred I’m afraid.
So why is Asha a cunt? Let’s see…
Frequent fat shaming throughout, sentences like ‘I sat next to two fat Asian girls’ is degrading.
Considering she supposedly came from a poor background she doesn’t like the smell of the train she’s on because she can smell other peoples ‘pokey homes’ on them! Jesus!
She’s madly in love with her new husband, however after he dies, like only a week or so after he dies she realises she misses Sean! Sean is the guy she met during her honeymoon, and the same guy she had only two conversations with. Nevertheless during her fresh mourning she runs off to Sean’s place of work (which is nearby, because everyone they met on their honeymoon lived nearby) and during their reunion Asha drools over Sean’s hot body! THIS IS A WOMAN WHOS JUST LOST THE LOVE OF HER LIFE!
I could go on…

Marrying a wealthy man who is deeply in love with you, holidaying in Vietnam in a 6 star luxury resort what's not to like? Very good comparison of paradise by day and sinister threatening danger by night kept this novel's pace going.
Asha feels that she doesn't really belong in Olly's world, she loves the luxury of the high life but she misses the ordinary feel of belonging in her own world. She marries Olly against the wishes of his family who feel she is nothing but a gold digger and she starts her married life on honeymoon in Vietnam almost on the back foot.
Olly appears to be distant and anxious but does not confide in her; he has secrets from his past she knows nothing about. They spend most of their days with other couples at the resort drinking heavily during the day and collapsing in drink induced comas at night. When they are both sober they spend the time arguing.
Olly, feeling that he is to blame and not wanting to loose Asha, agrees to a trip to some caves where one of them is murdered. I won't spoil it so you'll have to read it yourself.
The survivor, when back in London, tries to piece together what has happened and who committed the murder out of the other couples.
Good pacey novel, a few curve balls and surprises and although I guessed the murderer it was only when the writer wanted the reader to find out. A 4 stars for this one, a nice read and good ending.

While honeymooning in Vietnam, Ollie is killed. Asha wakes up in a hospital, not able to remember anything about the accident. Was is an accident? Did someone murder him? Asha is determined to find out.
The book started out slow for me. As we are being introduced to various other vacationers at the resort, I felt the the descriptions blended together almost in a confusing way. At first it was a little difficult for me to decipher who everyone was. The story was told in present and past tense, hoping back and forth. While I normally love this type of storytelling, in this book, I had to pay close attention to the dates and locations or I was completely lost. That was the first half of the book.
Now fast forward to the second half. To me, this was the best part. Even though the first part was slow and tended to drag on, the second part was mysterious and partly action-packed. The truth about Ollie’s death slowly becomes unraveled as Asha begins to remember bits and pieces of the event. As she encounters the people from the resort, she starts to question everyone. Everywhere she turns she feels as though she is being followed, and can’t figure out who to trust. The suspense was exciting.
Get past the slow start of this one…you won’t be disappointed.

Asha und Ollie, das perfekte Paar, reich und glücklich. Doch schnell zeichnen sich erste Schatten ab, denn in den Fitterwochen ist Oliver irgendwie komisch.
Das Buch fing richtig gut an und ich war sofort in der Geschichte drin. Auch der Schreibstil ist schön flüssig und das lesen hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht. Asha war mir sofort sympathisch, während Oliver und die anderen Protagonisten, welche das Paar in den Flitterwochen kennengelernt hat, mir mitunter ziemlich komisch vorgekommen sind. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass jeder seine Geheimnisse hat und das eine Menge Missgunst mit im Spiel war.
Die eigentliche Geschichte/ Handlung beginnt ja eigentlich erst so richtig, als Asha im Krankenhaus wieder zu sich kommt. Schritt für Schritt versucht sie herauszufinden, was eigentlich passiert ist und da will ihr irgendwie jeder eine andere Story einreden. Ich fand die Spannung anfangs mega, allerdings ist diese im Mittelteil ziemlich abgeflacht und mit ging das Thema Geld mitunter ziemlich auf die Nerven. Trotzdem wollte ich unbedingt wissen, was und vor allem WARUM denn alles geschehen ist und ob Milo, Ashas verhasster Kumpel von Oliver, dahintersteckt.
Die Auflösung begann dann im Prinzip dort wo der Prolog geendet hat. Das war dann aber nochmal Spannung pur und es gab noch ein paar kleine Wendungen und Überraschungen. Fragen sind auch keine mehr offen geblieben und ich fand das Buch richtig gut und es gibt eine klare Empfehlung von mir.

This book had me hooked and intrigued just from reading the prologue. What a way to grip the reader in from the first two pages, not many books can do that for me. Lets just say that I started this book in the morning and by 9pm it was finished! My life revolved around this book that day.
The perfect couple? The perfect honeymoon? Think again… It’s not as simple as that! Who can you truelly trust? The five star beach resort sounds devine… But it wasn’t for Asha and Ollie.
I really felt sorry for Asha throughout the whole story… A likeable character who gets everything thrown at her. A page turner, sleep stealer of a book that you really won’t be able to put down. Plenty of twists, turns, lies and secrets for the reader to endure… then the grande finale. The unexpected outcome…
I would highly recommend this to you all. A well deserved five stars. I’m so glad I got the chance to read this story! A future bestseller… Brilliant. Throughally enjoyed it.

Visit the locations in the novel
Ooh isn’t paradise dark? I was excited to read this due to its setting. An island off the coast of Vietnam. In the middle of nowhere. Paradise turns dark? Checking all the boxes so far.
IT was actually a much darker read than I thought. And that is no bad thing. The honeymooning couple are not as happy as you think and soon it becomes apparent just how far from happy they really were. One of them starts off the story in hospital and then in flash backs we go back to the island and gradually lead to the nightmare which pans out.
The couple are not your average honeymooners either which works well. Asha can’s believe she’s married a posh white man (and her family and friends never seem to let her forget). Ollie however barely seems to notice Asha is there and even on his honeymoon he’s on his phone. He seems to be more friendly with another couple at the resort. I would have thrown his phone into the water by the end of the first chapter set on the island, but then maybe that’s just me. The couple were having problems it turns out before they even got on the plane.
Oh what a tangled and twisty web we weave. When it’s set in paradise, it seems all the more horrific. This island is very remote and the staff seem overfriendly. The other couple of the title…well who are they and what do they want? To say anymore would give away spoilers. I thought this was a good twisty plot and I enjoyed being on the island, hiding in the bushes and watching the action unfold.
There are flashbacks to the dream wedding in London, England and this makes the paradise seem even brighter and more beautiful…yet also more stained. The ending was very fitting and I felt dizzy with the drama. In a good way though!

This one was a 3,5 ☆ for me.
Asha annoyed the shit out of me, she just kept talking about the sex the whole time except not with her husband which could you know, help. She also didn't seem very smart, and her chpices were just an eyeroll.
Also the way the story was written, I sometimes felt as if there were sentences missing, the ending of every issue was just implied, never stated out right, and sometimes the writing confused me.
The story itself and the plottwists I quite liked.
