This book was mentioned by Pastor Johnny Hunt during a recent Mission Summit at First Baptist Church of Woodstock, Georgia, as a book that made it somewhat simple to begin the process of creating a mission partnership with field missionaries. He was right! Using his own story of FBC Woodstock, and four other pastors and their stories, Johnny Hunt walks a church from unengaged to fully engaged in missions to see the gospel go around the world. Admittedly, he says that the experience of the local church will not look like his own, but using the steps will result in a unique expression of mission partnership for the local church. This is an excellent resource, a quick read, and does not get lost in a lot of technical jargon. I highly recommend it.
