I finished Lady Gunsmith # 2 faster than I did # 1 !! Robert Randisi has created an interesting and fascinating character in Roxy " Lady Gunsmith " Doyle !! ( I actually had to force myself to stop reading the book the day that I got the book !! I had read almost half of the book in one setting !! I tend to try and savor my books !! ) The story presents an intriguing mystery , as well as a tremendous build up . Even though I knew that Roxy would get out of her predicament , ( since it IS an ongoing series !! ) but , the second book in the series kept me turning pages !! The action and final showdown gained speed and momentum as the story moved closer to the climactic finish . The book kept me in a growing suspense !! I recommend Lady Gunsmith # 2 , and heartily await Roxy's adventures in Book # 3 -- Roxy Doyle And The Shanghai Saloon !!
