It's ok as a text but has varying levels of detail and mostly is too superficial. There is a tendency to use non standard technical words which is annoying! The index is an abomination.
I only gave it 2 stars because it was pretty useless as a textbook for the course I was recommended it for; in particular it failed to address most of the questions in our assessments. The authors have clearly just lifted large chunks from their other "paramedic" books and haven't actually thought about it's intended purpose.
