Newbie Keto meals

Chose this rating as the book is easy to read
Doesn't use complicated terminology
Easy to follow instructions when carrying out the recipes
Good variety of recipes for all palettes
Not a lot of recipes with cheese in them, good for me as I can't eat the stuff
Love the way all the dietary info is there for you, instead of having to work it out.
Highly recommended

Tasty and quick!!!!

The food is surprisingly tasty and quick to make I do tweak mine's a tiny bit by adding half a cup of onions but besides that I'm loving it and it has allowed me to really stay on track with Keto.

I have this as a reference book for a quick low carb Lunch. These ingredients and techniques can be used in meals beyond the book. It taught me how to cook low carb
