Zoe Andrews could not be happier. Her flaky, free-spirited sister, Quinn, is finally settling down and even though she knows Quinn has cold feet—thanks in no small part to Quinn’s best friend Ian planting worries in her head—Zoe’s sure it will all work out in the end. Or, at least, that’s how she feels until her sister turns tail and runs, leaving behind only her cell phone and a note saying that she can’t follow through with the wedding. So, using what few tools Zoe has available, she tracks down the guy responsible for her sister’s disappearance, hell-bent on making him help her find the runaway bride. When Ian Bennett sees Zoe Andrews traipsing across his construction site in her flowing taffeta bridesmaid dress, a scowl of purest loathing on her face, he knows he’s in trouble. Still, he can’t bring himself to apologize for telling his closest friend the Quinn’s impending marriage was a sham. He wasn’t going to stand by and let her make a mistake, and though he wants to know that Quinn is okay, he also knows that if she says she needs time, then she needs time. The only problem? Zoe clearly isn’t going to let that happen.

This one I enjoyed I thought it was cute..It was an enemies to lovers story Zoe against Ian. Zoe is happy, her wacky sister is finally settling down, and she doesn't have to worry about her anymore, or so she thinks, when she gets a note from said sister that she can't go thru with it, and she knows the reason why, her damn best friend Ian, and Zoe is going to go give him a piece of her mind. When Ian spots Zoe, he knows the reason why she is coming to him, and the sparks are about to fly, but he could not let his best friend get married.

This book was just okay for me. I don't recommend reading it as a standalone (the title implies this is part of a series) as I was lost for most of the book. The author assumes the reader already understands why Zoe is so protective of her sister and wants to marry her off. This doesn't come to light until about 75% of the way through the book.
Very quick read so I highly recommend in you want to commit to a book but only want to read for a few hours.
This was an interesting story of two sisters who have had a rough go growing up. While the youngest, Quinn, has really been footloose fancy free her older sister, Zoe, has been the mother hen and taken care of them. In doing so Zoe has really tried to control Quinn's actions and even picked out her husband-to-be. Quinn has had enough and decides she cannot marry a man she doesn't love and is pretty well boring (my take on things).
Zoe is dead set on tracking Quinn down and bringing her home to face the music and hopefully take back Paul- the jilted groom. Seriously? Yes, Zoe is over the top. In her escapades to track down Quinn Zoe goes to her sister's best friend, Ian, whom Zoe thinks really loves Quinn.
Ian is caught in trying to protect his best friend from her sister and falling for the sister and not betraying either woman. Poor guy! What a jam he is in. This was a fun story and it brings discovery to each woman about their past they had never been able to understand.
Ian and Zoe are awesome and meant to be together. Loved this couple.
Zoe is getting ready for her sister’s wedding. She goes to check on things and comes back to her sister gone. She leaves a note that says she can’t get married and she’s going away for a little while. Zoe has always been the one to clean up Quinn’s messes, so the first person she goes and sees is Quinn’s best friend Ian. Ian works in construction and thinks Quinn should wait to get married to a man who truly makes her happy. He knows where Quinn is but keeps it from Zoe. Can she forgive him and be happy? Great story. Wanted to cry and laugh at same time. Very hot sex scenes. Enemies to lovers story. * Voluntarily read and reviewed this for netgalley *
The first story in the Wild Hearts series is the novella Ride by Allison Gatta. I received an ARC copy from NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion. Quinn decides to leave her fiancee without telling her sister Zoe just minutes before the wedding. Zoe blames Ian, Quinn's best friend, for Quinn's fleeing, so Zoe demands Ian help her find and bring Quinn back. Ian drives Zoe to places he tells her Quinn may be and the couple starts to see each other in ways different than before.
Despite my reservation, I still enjoyed Zoe and Ian's tale. Perhaps if the story was a novel and they interacted more prior to looking for Quinn, their journey would have felt different for me. Either way, Ride was worth a read. All opinions are my own and may not match that of others. I urge all readers to come to their own conclusions.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This story had a great premise and I loved that the more Zoe learned about Ian the harder she fell. She starts out very distrustful of Ian, almost as an enemy, but she knows she needs him or think she does to find her sister, his best friend, flaky Quinn, who left her groom at the later. This messed with Zoe's plan and life, because she felt responsible for Quinn. The book had some good character development, was smooth flowing, had some chemistry and the conflict to keep it moving along.
An enjoyable story with a nice focus on how two people moved beyond their preconceptions and get to know each other and fall in love. I liked the characters and the plot. I think that a little more of their past (at least Zoe's understanding of it) should have been mentioned near the beginning so you have a better sense of why Zoe feels the way she does. I'm also not sure if I liked how the conflict between Zoe and Quinn was resolved in the end. Overall, a very enjoyable quick read. *I received an ARC from Net Galley and this is my voluntary and honest review.

She goes after her but demands that Ian leads her to her. Not only she thinks that Ian is in love with her sister, but as she spends time with him she starts falling for the gue that a few days ago couldn't stand. Loved the story and the characters. I can't wait for Quinn’s story.
Ian Bennett is Zoe Andrews sisters best friend, though the two of them do not really get along. Especially when Zoe finds out he changes her sister's mind about getting married, then she runs off. Zoe make him help her find her sister and along the way it becomes clear that it wasn't hate they were feeling. I love Allison and her ability to draw me into a story. I truly enjoyed this story by Allison Gatta. A journey which will be a heck of a ride for the main characters is this story fills the pages. This story was emotional, crazy, endearing, and just wonderful to read. I thought Zoe was off her rocker for a portion of the story, but her character grew by leaps and bounds in this story. Ian was a riot throughout this story and as we learned more of his character, I just adored him more. A really great story with a well written ending.
Ian is quite sure of himself, “yes. Because you know what? I know what you want to do with me right now, know that you want to be with me again. That every time you look at me you can practically feel my skin on yours because I feel the same way when I look at you.” I liked this book, I fell in love with Ian. This was such a cute read.

I was intrigued by the summary of Ride by Allison Gatta and enjoyed the first few chapters, but I thought the book went flat after that and never really recovered.
I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review* This book was a quick, cute, funny and sweet enemies to lovers story. It had a little drama and some sad emotional twists but still had you smiling with joy at the end! Great book and I really enjoyed it!

A great book to get warm and cozy on a cold day on your couch with your throws to keep the cold out so you can totally enjoy this amazing story. You just fall into this book and don’t want to come out till you have read every single page. Would recommend
This was sweet and definitely very romantic. I really enjoyed Ian's character, in particular, and his views on real love versus friendship or lust. Zoe was also a great character, though a bit harder to connect with.
If you are looking for something light, but still with some depth, this would be an excellent choice! The "ride" is a fun one, though at times the pacing felt a bit slow and then a bit fast. By the halfway mark, I felt like I already knew exactly how things would play out.
