In this last installment of the series, there will be a lot of heart break, back stabbing and finding new love. Secrets are exposed and so are backstabbing friends. Get ready to see how these men separate themselves from the real and the lames.
I loved every second in this book Natavia never disappoints. I was too happy that Bishop and Desi got back together because they were made for each other. Glad Serene got her happy ending because she really went through alot with Deron so she deserves it. Happy that Ashanta and Kwenya got there family. Can't wait for the standalone with Yolo and Desiree cause I know it's going to be interesting. Oh and I pray that Yolo get the balls to beat the mess out of Jayla grown self. Great job Natavia
Such a great series these characters definitely went through all twist and turns! Desk and Bishop were my favorite couple. Desi was crazy and came a long way, but I'm happy she finally got her happy ending. Ree-ree is dumb and needs to let Jada go 🙄. I can't wait till Yolo and Desiree's story.
I get utterly excited whenever Natavia drops a new release. Her stories make you experience a flow of different emotions because there are parts of the book that are serious, funny, and overall most certainly ratchet. I can't even choose a favorite character because they all have different characteristics and personalities that are both good and bad. But is I had to choose a love interest from this book, it would be a choice between Kwenya or Bishop, and if I had to compare myself to one of the female characters, my best comparison would be a little bit of Ashanta, but a lot of Desiree. I don't want to go into details about the book, for those who haven't read it yet (and prefer to check reviews first) But just know that if it's written by Natavia, it's undoubtedly going to be a Five Star Read.
I like the plots of the author books but it's alarming how all the women characters are ALWAYS so angry and for the most part angry for no reason. They thinks it's cute. Very hard to stay focused. The men do not hit the women but it's ok with pushing and shoving and calling them all kinds of names Still abuse!!!
I thought it was only 1 book or series but every book so far. Hard reading for me
I chose this resting m rating because I could not stop. I wanted to know how it ended. It's one of those books that's so good you stop reading too because you don't want the tale to end. I loved everything about this book. Great written artistry. All three books excellent work!
All families have some dysfunction but Jesse create a mess, she got what she deserved. I’m glad Desi found her family and her and Bishop made it back to each other. Poor Yolo, he let a good one walk out his life. Mrs. Scott is a hot mess but that’s what happens when you have to hide who you truly are.
If you haven't read any of her books go and start now. You will fall in love with every single book. Go buy them now and see for yourself. Don't take my word for it. Every book mixed well together. Can't wait to see what she cones up with next.
This was a great read . I enjoyed the characters that she had .. Had me cracking up talking about the mother's they need there own story😅😅😅. Want to hear more about Desi I really enjoyed her character. Keep up the great work 😃💯
Still Good But it lost something in the middle. It seemed rushed. Some characters personalities changed too fast as the author tried to bring this novel to a conclusion. So many plots and some of them were not exciting. Still enjoyed it. No Sweat
All your books are fire. I loved this story. The characters was entertaining. To read about. I can't believe Jade turn his back on his friends. Kwenya is all of that. And Yolo , oh my goodness. He is one of my favorite.
This book was everything. I could not put it down. There were so many interesting twists and turns. I loved the make characters in this book. Well, all except Jada with his bitch made self.
Loved this series, but the end of book three, ended a oil suspect. To much was left unwritten. You are left wondering is this it, it should be something else, and if there is not another installment. That's fucked up. Series was damn good.
This was a decent ending to the series. Some things got a little too ridiculous for my liking, but I appreciated the intricate back plots that fueled some of the character's behaviors. Good read.
Thought this was going to be a little bit more, but at the end I guess it was fine. I am not a fan of series and I almost always don't read them, but since discovering MS. Natavia, I am liking all of her books so far even this series that I just read. Kwenya and Ashanta were glimpses in this story but it seemed as if they were stronger than ever. I wanted to hear more of their story and I truly didn't like the outcome for Ashanta of never been able to have kids again when all she ever wanted was to have many kids. She did have KJ so that was good. Bishop and Desi, well they finally got it right and they also only had glimpses in this story. It was nice and surprising to see that Bishop is out of the hood. Of all the people, I truly thought Kwenya after what happened to Ashanta was going to be the one to leave it alone. Desi, man I love this chick... Then we are left with the true stars: Jade and Yolo, Jessee and her shenanigans..... Boy these had some work and it amazes me how MS. Natavia can can spin these words out. Oh the twist and all... Jada was so jealous of Yolo yet also was a lame man and he tried to put strains on anyone and everyone (hint: Ree-Ree). Yolo was just too good, too nice and he is my second favorite person after Kwenya. He was alpha, boss man and just everything and what Chloe did, man, she deserved to have Karma come quickly to her door step so she could leave people alone; she did a number on these girls. Jessee got exactly what she deserved; messing up with these kids life like that, that was foul... Didn't really like or feel for Desiree. There is something with her that I can't put my finger on. I had wished and hoped that everything stayed in the family, you know Yolo ends up with Ree-Ree. That's what I think he needs, a soft not in this life type of woman. I truly think he deserved this than being with Desiree. Mrs. Scott, man she was funny and truly was a hood mama... Nevertheless, this was really a good series. A little bit long (which it didn't need it to be like that) but it was good.
This was a awesome read. All the couples got a happy ending and the foul ones met their fate. Desi maturity in this series was great. She knew what she wanted and went after it. Bishop heart wanted Desi just as bad too. I like that he went after other dreams. I'm glad Serene and Dereon was able to work on building their relationship back up. Ashanta and Kwenye is that couple. All the mothers was characters. I hope Yolo understands that its okay to be happy and still be able to work on his relationship with his kids especially Jayla. Desiree was good for him. I hope he goes after her. Chloe is a true low down h**.
I didn't review the other 2So I'm just wrapping this all up in one it was a good story Definitely had my attention from beginning to end although sometimes When we got back to some of the characters I didn't see the necessity for them but I did enjoy the book So to The author kudos job well done
Natavia hasn't disappointed me yet! She is one of the best storytellers out there. Her books take you from gripping suspense to gripping laughter, all in the same book. Masterful!
I didn’t enjoy part 3 as much as the other 2 parts, but it was a good series overall. It was very well written. I like how all the characters were connected in some way. Good job, Natavia!
I really enjoyed this series and I'm super ready to read yolo's story....i was so happy for Desi I think she was my favorite character her growth was amazing!! Jada was tripping and ree ree just confused me throughout the whole book...
That ending though. I can’t believe he did Dee like that. That little B Chloe need to get hers. Besides that I’m happy for all the characters glow up especially Ashanti and Desi ❤️❤️😍😍. Can’t wait to read the spin off of Yolo and Desiree story
