Good read.
Good content about how to prepare to be a better teacher.
Even parents can use this for teaching thier kids at home. ( If they wanted to :-) )

The book helps teachers from the stretch. It guides teachers from planning for the lessons, how to overcome expectable problems and ways to evaluate and reflect on the lessons given. It also gives some examples on lesson plans which gives teachers clue on what lesson plan should look like.
