Back when Y2K was a thing, Lorna was a 90s girl looking forward to the 21st Century. She had a family, a boyfriend and a college dream.

All of this is destroyed when Lorna becomes a victim of a vampire attack that leaves her dead in the ground for ten years.

Over a decade later, Lorna wakes up and learns she the newest member of a powerful London coven who is closely guarded by the British government and their strange genetically modified vampire soldiers known as the' Archangels'.

After an accident, Lorna finds herself bonded to Michael, one of the mysterious Archangel soldiers. Together they are charged with finding out about the disappearances of both humans and vampires around the UK.

As they search the country for answers they discover secrets that could tear apart the fragile truce between humans and vampires.

There are three things you need to know about me - I love romance stories - I love the dark - and I love everything and anything that falls under the paranormal spectrum.

My name is Vicky Alice but I write under the name Angeltwist (a username I created when I was fourteen and has ended up sticking). I grew up in a part of a England that was filled with local legends and ghost stories, and I guess that's why I love writing paranormal romance stories with a horror twist.

All my stories are available on wattpad (link below). My most popular story 'Married to the Prince of Darkness', which has been ranked no.1 on wattpad 'what's hot list', and recieved over 23 million views!

Loved this book, again Wattpad authors can really amaze me. The love and the adventure were really easy to follow, and while it has its errors since it's unpublished, the writing is still decent. The characters are so easy to connect to, I loved the vampire family dynamic that Lorna wakes to. EVERYONE SHOULD GO AND READ THIS IF YOU LIKE: vampires, love stories, action, cliffhangers, sensual and loving relationships for characters, 90s references, scifi stories, etc.
Magda and Francesca are AMAZING vamp parents. Don't even get me started on Michael, I swear that vampire love is SO HOT. And I'm dying for a sequel to follow Paige and Raphael on their bonding journey, but alas, I doubt that that will ever happen. PLEASE VICKY WRITE ABOUT LORNA AND PAIGE HAVING A RELATIONSHIP OF SOME SORT !!!!

I love it, but i wish lorna didn’t bite someone else. I just want her and mike are enjoying their life, after the madness happened on them. Because I read the part when lorna not planning to have a kids, and that’s fine if they don’t wanna have a kids. I just wanna say that you’re such talented writer, can’t wait for the sequel ♥️
