The hood is like a parasite, eating at anything good attached to it. But Azar's hard work and determination had always kept him somewhat repellent against it all. Unfortunately, lately, that repellent had began to wear off.
Part three of Then There Was us ended with Azar's boxing career finally getting ready to take off. But a hasty decision made in the heat of the moment might have ended it all before it actually began.
Trying to find her place in a world that seemed to always be against her was a battle Yemi had been faced with for far too long. Refusing to be victimized, she takes on a positive out look on life regardless of what had been thrown her way. She was fresh out of rehab, attending classes at a local college and more in love than she ever thought imaginable. With her mental state in tact, and happiness coursing through her veins, what could possibly go wrong in a world that was finally right?
In the finale of Then There Was Us, obstacles will be faced, secrets will be unraveled, and friends will turn into foes. Question is, will the love shared between two beautiful souls thrive? Even with so much turmoil surrounding them?
For as long as Miss Candice could remember, writing has been her passion. In the beginning, she wrote poetry. Later on in life, when she was about thirteen years old, she was introduced to fanfiction.
The Coldest Winter Ever was the first urban fiction book she read. It wast then when she took Fanfiction to another level. She perfected her writing skills, and began to write Urban fanfiction. At first, writing was something she did in her spare time. Something that was therapeutic to her. Never in a million years, did she think she would become a published author, although it has always been a dream of hers.
Now, at the age of twenty-eight, she's penned over ten bestselling novels with many more to come.
In addition to writing, She's also CEO and founder of Miss Candice Presents.
Miss Candace you are a BEAST. I love Azar and Yemi. I love the way they hooked up and loved each other. He went through extreme lengths to protect her and she loved him deeply. I loved the chemistry between them and I loved how they didn't allow anyone or anything to come between them. He was her strength and she was his. I loved the relationship he had with his Brothers. I would definitely read this again.
Good book. Well series. Azar is the ish for real. He should've known something, when it seems like every time he make a move Cyn is right there. It was a good thing he didn't get too caught up in the hype. I felt like Azar felt he had something prove, and he was willing to risk it all.
Miss Candice did her thing,I have read 4 of these books in 3 days, could not put them down,I would suggest any loving urban fiction like my self read all four of these books
I loved this series. The growth of Yemi and Azar. I love their love and I love how they both were the calm for the other one. I love how neither one let fame mess them up. Azar was a lil hard headed at times but yemi was his voice of reasoning. I'm so so so sad to see them go but I'm so glad hey found each other.
Take a bow I feel like I just wAtch a movie ...The STORYLINE was brilliant ...The CHARACTERS was BANANAS ...The flow was extraordinary ...The action drama and plot made this SERIES a 20 STARS finale....OUT FREAKING STANDING
This was a great read and a great ending to a great series. Yemi was that light for Azar and he was her savior. A lot of secrets came out but I'm glad that none of that interfered with the main couple ending in happiness.
