Excellent book for newcomer in corporate finance. Cover broad subject in a simple ways. Highly recommended for new manager without finance background.

A very instructive and beginner friendly introduction to Corporate Finance. This book gives a succinct presentation of the distinct fields that constitute corporate finance (Capital budgeting, debt, equity, M&A). Tse does an excellent job introducing the financial equations in a way that won't overwhelm a beginner. I highly recommend this book for college students starting their studies in Finance.
