Thank you for investing in the “In Search Of Heroes Training Program For Moms And Their Sons And Daughters.” It is based on the teachings of Napoleon Hill, the author of “Think And Grow Rich.” It is one of the most popular books in history. Millions of copies have been sold since 1937. The valuable information has helped countless numbers of individuals be successful, healthy and wealthy in the most important aspects of life. The “In Search Of Heroes Training For Mom’s” teaches you how to be a Hero to your sons and daughters. It is a completely rewritten public domain copy of the book “Think And Grow Rich” from a Christian perspective. It combines white lettering with gorgeous photos and works of art backgrounds to illustrate the valuable information in “Think And Grow Rich.” It includes slides, mindmaps, outlines, PowerPoint handouts and the text in a three-column format so it is easy to read. Let me tell you the story about how the “In Search Of Heroes Training Program” came into existence. Back in 1993, I was a photographer and Special Features Writer for the Coronado Eagle Newspaper in San Diego. I loved to write stories about the local Heroes in Coronado, to spread “Good News” about the amazing neighbors who were helping others in their community anonymously. At that time, I was disgusted about the “so called" Heroes being promoted on TV and in the media. I believed Moms and Dads were the real Heroes…not the movie, sports and rock stars. Just because they had money and fame did not mean they were good role models for our young people. It was high time to work with local community leaders to create an “In Search Of Heroes Program” to test the theory about parents being the true Heroes in our society. Our goal was to take high school reporters on assignment in search of local Heroes…just like Clark Kent mentored Jimmy Olsen in the Superman Comics. Our team of leaders worked with the Heroes at the Coronado Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, TV Station and Eagle Newspaper. The journalism and multi-media teachers and principal at Coronado High School helped facilitate the program with their students. Of course, the program was a great success. Moms were identified as the real-life, unsung Heroes who deserve more recognition and praise 90% of the time. Over ten years, I worked my fingers to the bone developing a training program for students and parents to discover, honor and promote local Heroes. In 2004 both my parents suffered catastrophic illnesses. I took care of them 24/7 for 4 years. Many Heroes recommended the book “Think And Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. His knowledge, wisdom and advice had helped them triumph over many failures, illnesses and difficult challenges. Taking care of my parents was a real challenge! I was desperate to find solutions to overwhelming problems. I bought and studied the book. It did contain many valuable answers to my questions and solutions to the difficult problems I faced! If only someone had shared the valuable information with me in my youth. Knowing the truth and understanding how my mind, body, soul, spirit and the universe works would have been invaluable. I could have achieved my goals sooner and enjoyed my Heroes’ Journey more! Many of my failures could have been avoided…emotional suffering and health problems minimized. Now, in gratitude for what I learned from Napoleon Hill, I rewrote a public domain copy of his book from my Christian perspective.
