If you are a reader of personal development books, you may feel that they all seem to be saying what has already been said before. What else could there possibly be to tell you about motivation, overcoming self-doubt, or achieving your goals? If this is you, you definitely need this book. I was surprised and delighted to find a truly refreshing take on all these topics. And, as someone who reads constantly on this and related topics, I was beginning to think I'd 'heard it all.'
Not so. The central theme of this book (I won't spoil it for you by revealing it here) is such a refreshingly different way to frame these problems, and this way of thinking about motivation, goal-setting, getting a happier life; well, to me it is a revelation. I would like to suggest that you give this book to every friend you have who thinks they've hit the wall...that life is gray and can't get better...that they are a wage-slave and there's no way out...that they're living the life they never chose. But first, read it yourself. I think you'll want to join me in awarding it 5 stars as a true game-changer!

Handle your inner doubt and find your way.
An information packed book with some great advice on how to handle your inner doubts.
I have read many books on self-improvement and find this one of the top books that I will recommend to others. What I like most is that the author also focuses on overcoming negative experiences.

The Beast Code was a quick read for me. I downloaded this book because I have stalled a little on my side-hustle and don't want to hit a wall.

This book offers some ways of jumpstarting some motivation. I found the 3 R's of forgiveness eye-opening and the importance to keep on learning and putting that knowledge into action to continue moving forward.

Lots of nuggets of wisdom for anyone wanting to keep improving.
