REVIEW OF THE ENTIRE SERIES
When 15 year old Miku’s older brother moves to America, she feels betrayed and lonely. Her parents decide to build their large home into a boarding house, which only makes Miku’s feelings worse. But overtime she realizes that in her housemates she has found a new family. However things become complicated when she starts to grow feelings for housemate Souhei, who is dating the cutest girl at school.
This is a nice, simple slice of life story about love and family. Don’t expect to get much out of it as it’s very surface level, but it’s a sweet and easy read. The art is lovely, and the characters are easy to care for. I’m a sucker for a found family story, so that boosted this story up for me. It’s nothing that really grabs you or sticks with you, but it’s nice.

this whole year i have been rereading and rewatching a lot of stuff, and i have been especially interested in things i used to read a long time ago... this is the first one that doesn't pass the "do i like it as an adult?" test. i have no idea why i liked this in middle school??????? ugh

Ho recuperato la serie intera di seconda mano e mi son messa a leggerla. Non conoscevo l'autrice e l'ho comprata (per meno di due euro a volumetto) a causa delle sue copertine coloratissime.
La storia è un po' piatta - liceale che all'improvviso si trova dei nuovi inquilini in casa - e Miku, la protagonista appunto, non mi ha fatto una buona impressione: non capisco mica perché faccia quella faccia quando vede Sohei con la sua ragazza. Che diritto ha?
Lo stile di disegno mi piace abbastanza. Gli occhi in particolare, sono molto personali.
Vediamo come prosegue.

I don't remember being so enraged with any shoujo manga as I finished this crap series of SEVEN books! I was so angry I wanted to just get rid of the whole thing right then. How I hate buying the whole series in one go, man what a waste.
The only reason I rounded up to 2 stars there was solely because I like her art.
But let's face it the art alone cannot carry seven volumes of an annoying series.

sebenarnya amat sangat penasaran dengan ceritanya,krn bukunya termasuk yg laris manis....ternyata ttg kisah cinta terpendam,cinta segitiga,dan cewek cantik yg disukai semua cowok.
oke deh....
ceritanya sih gak jelek,tp jg ga bombastis...cukup ringan buat jd bacaan menjelang tuponas...yg pastinya jg hepi end....hehhehehe

I really liked this whole series((I already read it all, but I'm probably only commenting on this one.)) There was something captivating in them, but when you think about it, they weren't made all that greatly. But I still really enjoyed them, and I recommend people to read them.

Si vous avez aimé "C'était nous"d'Yuuki Obata, vous allez aimer "Seed of love". Les dessins sont magnifiques et l'histoire digne des plus grands sojhos. En plus, ils vivent dans une pension (mais pas celle des Mimosas...).
