I am a fan of shifter book. I can even get down with the mpreg. But I have to say I am REALLY glad they did not go into depth on this one.
I did like Ryker and Bo. It was a typical mate, shifter book so I went into it expecting that. Good book to read once but I am ok with it being a kindle unlimited.
Bo and Ryker come from opposite worlds and have very different personalities. I think if Bo met Ryker before the accident things would not have went as well as they did. This was an enjoyable and quick story.
This book was so bad I can't believe I finished it. I honestly can't think of one single thing I liked about it. The characters were unlikable, stereotypes, and inconsistent. There was zero connection or spark between them. The storyline was fractured and depressing. The last chapter was ridiculous.
While typically Bo Everett would be on the bottom of the pack, he has the strength to be on his own and working as a paramedic. Ryder is an ousted Alpha, whom does not want a mate and is determined to win his pack back. One touch is all it takes. Will Ryder accept Bo standing beside him? Will Bo be able to help Ryder win his pack back?
This book was hot! Loved the counter balance between the two! Bo was soft, where Ryder was hard. I loved the fact that while Bo was an Omega, he wasn't weak. Loved Ryder's loyalty! Hot read and will definitely be reading this author again!

An interesting collection of mPreg books. Five stories set in different worlds...each with their own HEA.
I'll admit to being a bit disconcerted by the disparate world building. In some stories, I'm not entirely sure how the shifters shift and still have their clothing when they return to human form. In others, shifter and human worlds are on an unhappy collision course or shifters rule the world and the conflict is between omegas & alphas or predator vs prey shifters.
Not a series, but excellent book compilation for those who enjoy mPreg romance.
What a fantastic mix of Alpha and Omega characters. Both Ryker and Bo were different from any shifter couple I've recently read about. I thought they were very refreshing and intriguing. If you're looking for something a little different in a shifter romance, you may enjoy this one. This is the first book I've read by Preston Walker. It won't be my last, I love when I find another author to enjoy.
This was a very different Alpha/omega book. In this one, the Alpha learned the true meaning of having an omega and what it truly meant to mate one outside of the sex. I loved Bo's playful nature with Ryker. I loved how Ryker pretended to hate it, but truthfully loved Bo's ability to be himself and to plan ahead for things. This was a deep look into how an alpha/omega compliments and enriches each other's life and relationship. ...a truly wonderful read.
Audio book review: This is the last Barney Parkwynne narration I'll listen to. I just can't handle his voice. Also, the story was not much better. An alpha and an omega from two different worlds, only together because they knew they were fated mates. I felt sorry for Bo the entire time because Riker was such an arrogant prick. Bo's family was close to him and he couldn't even introduce his mate to them. I just couldn't get into it.
Wild Ride by Preston Walker is an M/M aranormal romance with shifters and mpreg. There is action, danger, drama, angst, sqeetness and heat. The story is enjoyable and the characters are interesting. BARRY barkwynne narrates the story and does a great job. Clear recording and entertaining performance.
Preston. I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves to read. The characters came to life. And Bo is so lovable. He is precious. Can't wait to read more of your books. So far I have read them all.
I loved this version of an MC/ shifter storyline. The characters are very likeable with their issues and problems. Barney gives these characters no only their voices but their personalities as well. Great job Barney! Written well.
Ohhh thank goodness this was free! I don't know how I finished it but I did.. and it was painful. The best part for me was when the omega male became pregnant.. I said welp.. I've read it all now.

I could not finish this book. I absolutely hated Ryker and Bo wasn't much better. I tried skimming, but quickly realized that I just didn't care enough to continue.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book! I loved this story! It was so raw and emotional. Bo is a EMT and went on an call of a motorcycle accident. When he got there he meets Ryker and he instantly knows that he is his mate. But to try to convince the big tough biker becomes a chore. There is some humor in this story, Bo is an omega and Ryker is an alpha but Bo comes from a modern pack were omega are as equal as an alpha. Ryker comes from an old fashioned pack so once Bo gets Ryker home things are a little rocky. Ryker has secrets, he was kicked out of his pack by being ambushed. There is a lot of emotions going on here and when you read it you can feel for both of the guys. Mr. Walker never disappoints. The story ends before you want it to.
Love in a hurry broken and hurt he finally has his mate. Surprise he isn't a typical omega works as an EMT . Lots of secrets at first. Slowly trust his mate and things work out. Another surprise they have a baby girl.
There are zero surprises, and no real disappointments. The alpha/omega relationship is neither S/M nor a radical departure. The plot is exactly as advertised.
A twist on the alpha/omega theme. I say this because Bo came across as the stronger of these two. He was even able to banter with Ryker by referring to him as "pup" or "puppy". I haven't read of any other omegas having the guts to do that before. Of course Bo comes from a pack family of strong wolves who value their members and let each grow to their full potential. Bo found his calling as an EMT and served along the side his human counterparts. He was accepted as an equal. So when Bo finds Ryker ands touches him he instantly knows he's found his mate. Whereas Ryker fights the connection because he's lost his MC pack and is only out for revenge against his usurper Jeriko to gain back his family. And boy is Jeriko a violent piece of work. What that worm has done is horrendous. There definitely violence that could upset some readers but I feel that this is a necessary element to this tale. This whole story is a terrific story in the M/M genre and not one to miss. This would make anyone a fan and follower of Preston Walker's work.
Hmm I really don't know what to say about this book. The beginning felt like we're missing a huge chunk. I was confused for most of the book. I love shifter books as a rule but this one wasn't a good fit with me at all.
This isn't first book by this author but it will not be the last. A heart felt tale which follows them as of two completely different personalities as they discover true love. With danger and fear along the way it keeps you turning the pages.
Interesting story of an alpha and omega. It also showed how we get caught up in what roles we are suppose to play based on what folks think. We have an alpha who needs help but struggles to lean on his omega. He has a few lessons to learn. I really liked Bo. A very nice story.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be but , it's a good read. I like the characters and storyline even though I think that the two main characters could've been stronger in their roles. But, all and all, it's a good. I recommend that all my fellow readers, get the book, it's a good read. Keep them coming Preston. DB
