Harry thought he was just making a little joke, but the women in the office weren't laughing. So they made a little bet and Harry would win if he followed the women's dress code for a month. How hard could it be?
Melanie Brown out did herself in writing this book.
I have a few of the books that I set aside as the best books I have read. And this is one of them. That is why I give this five stars and plus. Well written funny, sad and a eye opening to the world where women are often used and not appreciated. Harry made a stupid bet and his hole life changed. He became Heather and Heather became a very beautiful woman. But the problems with the go old boys tried to put her down because she was a wonderful woman and very intelligent. Men were a problem to. The first date was not good. The the next man she met she fell in love with but had to let him go. Heather wanted to go back to be Harry again. She met Jimmy they fell in love but Jimmy was trying to talk Heather out of going back to Harry. This is one best books I have ever read. You will like reading this book. So many things happen when women are encouraged to be the best person they can be. Chrissy
This book is definitely worth reading. It has a plot ,character development, romance little eroticism here and there. What started as an office bet evolved into a potential change of life.As Heather( formerly Harry) see's what it is like to be a woman with makeup ,hair, treatment by co workers.
This is the 2nd time. The first time I could not figure out the system to give the rating you so justly deserve. It is a five+ story. I'm sure there are others that feel the same.
Harry was a bit of a macho prat when he made the bet in the office, but he threw himself into making it work. That was how he became Heather and took to the role spectacularly despite male chauvinist irritations along the way.
