Ever since he finished Hogwarts, Draco has a dark secret. A secret that if found out, is surely gonna send him to Azkaban. He is not really worried since he managed to go under the radar for years now but once Hermione Granger returned to his life, the countdown has started for all of his bad deeds to come to light.
Ultimately his obsession with her will be his downfall, he just knows it.

Since the battle of Hogwarts, Draco became possessed with the ghost of Fenir Grayback, through a journal.

He has been killing people in his basement for years, never suspecting that another force made him do it. He thought that he was craving the dark deeds and never noticed another presence sharing his mind.

It took Hermione right out tell him that he was possessed for him to question his psyche and his motives and for him to realise that he wasn't as monsterous as he thought.
Even then he didn't fully embraced the possibility that something else made him to those horrible things and didn't truly belive Hermione until it was too late.

He gave Fenir complete control over his body when he thought that Hermione was betraying him and wanted to take revenge on her and Ron.

It took Ron almost dying and Hermione being strapped on an operating table, for him to snap out of it and taking control of his body back and even then it was too late for him to have a happy ending with Hermione. He did to many bad things to her to deserve her so he obliviated them and left the country.

3 years later he returns to the Leaky Cauldron where he stubbles upon Hermione and finds out that she gained some of her memories back and never stopped loving him.

I don’t want to rate this as I read the tags and knew what I was signing up for but honestly I didn’t enjoy my read :(. I feel sad I didn’t as I really enjoyed other works by MrBenzedrine this was just not it for me, I didn’t realise I had a limit on darkness between love interests and now I’ve found it. I couldn’t fathom Hermione, she didn’t seem herself.

Every rating I want to give feels wrong - 1 star is harsh, the writing was good. 2 stars feels similar to one, 3 stars feels too much when I personally found the book not for me.

Not the best Dramione fanfic I've read, but it was still great! Dark as hell, but still great.

Really loved that the author wasn't afraid to take risks and chose to write very dark scenes between our two MCs.

It definitely needs a bit more polish, though.

Oooh this is dark. I love dark themes and understand not everyone does but if you’re like me (what are triggers? Cause I have none) then this is worth the read. Draco is toxic but turns out he’s possessed so is actually lovable. There love does come about pretty quickly but I don’t think the point of this is slow burn. Mind the tags and enjoy the darkness.

Personal note: I DNF'd this book at 70%. Draco was a serial killer in this book. Turns outs he'd kind of been possessed by the spirit of Fenrir Grayback. When they started having conversations with each other, it took me over the top, and I stopped reading.
