This is a tiny book.
Tiny but mighty.
As this is a smaller book there are only about 25 recipes yet those 25 pretty ,much hit all the classics-ciabatta, swedish rye, fried biscuits, cornbread, wholemeal breads, sourdough, beer braids, pull aparts, foccacia, sweetbreads, boston brown, whole wheat, white, popovers, potato, and rolls. All are yeast breads -with the exception of the cornbread, some of the biscuits, bagels, popovers and muffins-yet the recipes are laid out well enough that even the novice baker can successfully produce some exquisite breads. Also includes a small note on measurements and each recipe includes details/tips on what makes each loaf/pan unique.
All this in a book literally small enough to fit in your back pocket.
You can get a fancier bread book, that's heavier and looks more elite, but you won't find any better bread recipes anywhere. Perfect for beginners or even experienced cooks looking to broaden their range a bit.
