Susanna, a recent college grad, has arrived for her first day as a PA at a top law firm. when she meets the receptionist, she tells her she is not what she expected, white. Her new boss has never had a white woman work for him, though his business partner is white, he and his other employees are black.
Susanna is shocked and hurt, but starts working and is treated like crap by everyone. During her second week she speaks to the receptionist and asks if her boss is always so mean and is told only until the first time you have sex with him and if you don't do it within 3 weeks, you get fired.
She is a virgin and fights herself to decide what to do, and decides she needs the job and spends her weekend reading up about oral sex and watching porn to learn further.
She waltzes into her boss and gets in his face, asking how her job performance will be rated and proceeds to give him oral sex.
She tells him he can have her virginity only after he writes her a glowing recommendation.
