I believe this is my first read by Bonnie Sweets.

This boxset is a lot of fun and a fairly quick read, mostly because I didn't want to put it down. I wanted to find out what happened with the couples next.

These are all arranged real marriages, but kind with a fake marriage feel at the beginning because the couples meet as strangers.

I enjoyed all three of the stories, but Alex's might be my favorite.

Despite all these couples being married, all that's shared between them are a few swoony kisses. A clean read.

My Favorite in this Series So Far

I've really enjoyed reading "DIY Vows"...it's by far my favorite in the ClickandWed.com Series that I've read so far. This is a light, amusing, entertaining romance that is easy to read...I think you will enjoy it too.

I especially enjoyed that the heroine, Elizabeth, wasn't a simpering, needy insecure stereotypical romantic female character. She has talents, skills and goals...and money of her own. I was cheering for her as she competently forged her new future. If the romance didnt work out, she knew she would be disappointed but had a plan to move forward. I wish there were more female characters like Elizabeth in the world of clean romantic fiction. Her attitudes in this book were alot more healthy than we usually see in romance novels. :o)

Bonnie Paulson never ceases to amaze me. This series just keeps getting better and better!!!

Liz decides that she is going to try the ClickandWed.com and ends up being matched with Tyler. Who is only on the site because of a bet that he lost with his brother. As a result, ---- nope, not gonna tell you because it will spoil the suspense and I do NOT write spoilers!!!! This is an amazing book in an amazing series and it will have you reading and not wanting to put the book down until you reach the end. And then, you are gonna go right to the next book to see what happens in the next adventure.

Awesome series -- so far all the books are the type that you can't put down until you finish the book!!!

I purchased ClickandWed.com Series book 3: DIY Vows by Bonnie R. Paulson and this review was given freely.
A novella with promise.
Handi-woman takes a chance on love and marriage after her best friend has success. However, what she receives is self centered Tyler who lost a bet, does not not want to be married, but who does have an old home to renovate. A good neighbor, the rocky romance, and of course the happy ending make this "not by the ClickandWed.com rules" romance an interesting but poignant one to read.

I really liked Elizabeth, Tyler not so much at first. Lizzie anxious to find her perfect match after setting up her best friend. She is disappointed to learn her husband only signed up after losing a bet. She already sold her business and moved so she decides to make the best of it. Can they overcome their expectations? Will Tyler realize what a good thing he has?

I fell in love with Elizabeth in book 2 so I was excited to see her get her own story. Tyler was a bit of a concern to begin with but I had faith after he looked for her at the airport. You must read the book to see what happened...you won’t be disappointed with any Bonnie R Paulson book and this series is so much fun.

Elizabeth thought after the success her friend she would try. She was a handyman and wanted to keep her independence. What she found was a guy wanted his independence and lost a bet. His mother wanted to sell the old house that was a run down disaster. With odds like these they are lonely. She has money of her own, and knows she will land on her feet if this doesn’t work out.

This is the third book of this series. The author manages to pack humor, anxiety, frustration, desire, anger, and hurt feelings into a book that is so much fun to read. The characters are great. I really like the changes that take place during the story.

Fun read

This story had a fun twist: she is the carpenter & fix-it person; he is the office person.
A clean story of a guy who didn't want to marry or move to the family home, but he lost the bet.

DIY Vows

What fun, exciting adventure for two people signing up for a match site. One not the least bit interested, the other set to make it work. Can two people who have so much going against them find a way to connect? Beautiful story, loved it.❤️

Not quite as good as the first two but entertaining enough to keep me reading. There just wasn’t enough about Tyler, his business and life compared to Elizabeth.
They have the worst of starts, and it’s goes downhill quickly. Entertaining and enjoyable, it kept my attention.
Recommended.

Hammer Time

Sweet, but Tyler was just one messed up guy. I could see myself reacting the same way Lizzy did and possibly given Th a little more rope.

I really enjoyed this third book- don’t want to give anything away but I liked the gradual change with Tyler. Elizabeth knew what she wanted and went after it.

Yep, Bonnie has managed it again....she kept me up reading late into the night.....but, it was, as always well worth it! DIY Vows is the short story of Tyler and Elizabeth (Beth) and this is another interesting take on a online matchmaker service.

Tyler, to begin with is a bit arrogant and unlikable while Beth is a strong and independent woman simply looking for someone to love. Once these two one-click, Tyler becomes more than just a cold businessman having been forced into marriage after losing a bet, but a man who has to prove to Beth that she is worthwhile, beautiful and worth the love she craves.

I loved these two and the way this story plays out is great. As usual, Bonnie manages to throw two lonely people together under bizarre circumstances and show just how much her characters need one another. The chemistry between them is written well and allows the reader to see Beth (and Tyler specifically) for exactly who they are.

I am loving this series and am fascinated that Bonnie can write such a range of stories around a weird online marriage service...who knew this would work! Buy this one, you won't be sorry!

It's sweet and funny and utterly adorable but it frustrated the living daylights out of me. For probably a good three quarters of the book I wanted to take Tyler and Lizzie and shake some sense into them. They were so close to having it all but were both too set in their ways and too afraid to take that extra step to achieve it. It meant that I was kept desperately flipping pages in order to find out how they were going to make it work. Lizzie is this strong, independent businesswoman but her desire to be wanted for who she is leaves her in a heart-breakingly vulnerable position. It took me a while to warm up to Tyler. He starts out as a bit of a jerk and it takes some effort to get him beyond that. I knew that there had to be something worth redeeming, otherwise he wouldn't be the romantic lead. I would have loved the chance to spend more time in his head to get to know him better. There were several times I was hoping for a "Tyler" chapter only to discover that we stayed with Lizzie for another one.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book.

The characters' marriage in this book is not exactly like the others.
Tyler decides to marry after losing a bet with his brother, but Elizabeth is really willing to make this marriage work.
However, when the reality of married life is not exactly as she'd hoped for, she goes after her independence through her work as a handywoman, and it's then that Tyler begins to realize how muche he feels attracted to her.
Another great story, full of surprises.

This was a fun, romantic story. It can be read as a standalone book, though it is the third in a series. Elizabeth wants love, and she also wants to be respected for her independence and what she brings to a relationship. Tyler loses a bet, and ends up with the family money pit as well as a new wife. Can they overcome their differences and give each other a chance? I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more in this series as well as others by this author.

I've now read two of these ClickandWed.com books and in both instances I find myself initially really disliking the guys the girls marry. They are selfish & carelessly cruel & I can't believe the females forgive them despite their subsequent efforts. I would have ditched them early on but then again the money is a great incentive to keep trying. I just don't think I could have kept an open mind about the relationships working out. However, I enjoyed the stories and will probably read others in the series.

I have liked the series but this one was not for me.
A bet I could take but all the deception was just too much for me, too silly and I lost patience.
