Prolonging the Agony: How The Anglo-American Establishment Deliberately Extended WWI by Three-and-a-Half Years.

Rate this book
The fact that governments lie is generally accepted today, but World War I was the first global conflict in which millions of young men were sacrificed for hidden causes. They did not die to save civilization; they were killed for profit and in the hopes of establishing a one-world government. By 1917, America had been thrust into the war by a President who promised to stay out of the conflict. But the real power behind the war consisted of the bankers, the financiers, and the politicians, referred to, in this book, as The Secret Elite. Scouring government papers on both sides of the Atlantic, memoirs that avoided the censor’s pen, speeches made in Congress and Parliament, major newspapers of the time, and other sources, Prolonging the Agony maintains that the war was deliberately and unnecessarily prolonged and that the gross lies ingrained in modern “histories” still circulate because governments refuse citizens the truth. Featured in this book are shocking accounts of the alleged Belgian “outrages,” the sinking of the Lusitania, the manipulation of votes for Herbert Hoover, Lord Kitchener’s death, and American and British zionists in cahoots with Rothschild's manipulated Balfour Declaration. The proof is here in a fully documented exposé—a real history of the world at war.

This book pokes a lot of holes in everything I thought I knew about WWI. Beyond that, it completely destroyed my life long admiration/hero worship of Winston Churchill.

the history lessons in school about the first world war were not really convincing. Almost all of it did not really make sense. This is the second book about the subject of Mcgregor. Here, all things come together and the reader can put the facts together by himself and find out what what`s it all about, but who cares ? Churchill said: "history will be kind to me as I intend to write it" and so they did. Nontheless, when you learn about the mechanisms at that time, You can understand better why Great Britain is leaving the EU and which potential players in the backround steer the majority according to their interests...

A crucial book for anyone interested in knowing how the world works, and how money motivates war and afterwards, purchases the official history, that is re-enforced in the schools and popular media. This book exposes the banking cartels behind prolonging the profiteering from WWI and various schemes to insure post-war dominance like the Bolshevik revolution, Sykes-Picot and Zionism. It's the sequel to Hidden History, that focused more on the political schemes that led to the war.

A fascinating read. I can't wait for the second volume which will probably reveal the grand Reptilian conspiracy.

Meticulously researched. I expect we will have the usual one star reviews from the idiots/willing dupes who cant handle the truth.

Excellent book, it should be widely distributed to university history students in order for them to further develop their sense or criticisme towards well established « history facts ».....
I personnaly enjoyed both books (Hidden History and Prologing the Agony), it ré-inforced my convinction that Britain, Russia and France have a much greater responsability in causing the first Word War that they are, Stills today, willing to admit.

Oh, look, World War I conspiracy theories with a nice dollop of antisemitism. (Anti-Zionism itself is not antisemitism, but referencing Rothschilds by name does move into antisemitism.) And, someone I was following, I am now not. (That person 5-starred this book.)

It appears such lunacy, on the conspiracy theories, is the authors' MO. This, based on looking at the others, is the only that appears to clearly dive into the antisemitic angle. Guess maybe they needed to further sex it up.

Deep history of how the elites in Britain and the US colluded to prolong WWI and created in the same period the US-UK power elite alliance of people who were not politicians but the gray eminences behind the scenes, what is now known as the deep state.
