Yip I fell in Love with Bishop ... he might be a hard Arse but man he showed some Sweet... Remi just passed me Off at one point when she didn't tell Bish who her Ex was , I mean she new who his club was & she "googled" Bikers .... lol so I thought she should of had a clue but in saying that Bishop kept his mouth shut on some of his information so... other than that the Book flowed well the Story line was great & dragged you into the pages let you devour the Story till my thoughts were ... Oh Sh!t it's finished... I wanted it to keep going , I Thoroughly Enjoyed this Book , The Who'res were a plenty, Hot S€x was there...& some of the old Fav's were there Loved It. Well Worth Your time and Money, Get One Clicking People. :-)
I have enjoyed this whole series. Love this author's writing style. Each story is unique in its own way. Bishop touched my heart with his struggles to adapt to live outside of prison while Remy, with her geeky, quirky ways made her the perfect match for Bish. This book can be read as a stand alone but I recommend checking out the series.
Another absolutely intense and captivating story, that is both sad and beautiful, love the fact that it was done in a duel pov, which gave this story a more emotional strength to the story line itself and gave you as a read a more stronger connect to the characters, which i feel makes everything in a story so much more real when you are able to connect emotional through the eyes of those conveying the events that you are emotional trying to connect too. therefore, along with this authors incredible talented(and a huge Thank You for sharing these wonderful gifts of treasures) writing and creative skills in telling a story, makes Remi & Bish's story one helluva adventure that I am most thankful for being aloud as a read to apart of there Journey and the Journey the other stories in the Hell's Disciples MC series has taken me on, it was and is a treasurable honor, and I looking forward to reading more Hopefully in this series as well as what ever else this another writes and shares with readers like me. Again thank you so much for sharing this incredible 5star story & series, that I absolutely recommend as a must read! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
Bish is a character that you love to hate. He is a crass man hardened by his times in prison. When he meets Remi he doesn't realize how much his life is about to change. Remi is his sun he so desperately needed. Things are going very well for the couple but then the ex husband, a nutcase cop, interferes in their lives.
Not sure how he was the one charged with manslaughter and not the creep that murdered the lady ? What happened to the real murdered ? The charges were thrown out on retrial ,why was he on parole ? Other than those questions I enjoyed the book . I didn't put it down until I finished the last page.
Bish comes home from prison but struggles to adjust. Things have changed in the 6 years he was gone. A chance meeting with a waitress has his eyes opening. Remi is a chatterbox when flustered and Bish does just that. They are drawn to eachother but someone from her past rears his ugly head.
Love it when a hardened man falls hard! Bish, dark and broody, and Remi, full of light and warmth. Their story is one filled with angst, acceptance, intensity, unconditional love and steamy sex. You won't be disappointed. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy of this book
Bish recently out of jail meets Remi at a cafe and he's immediately attracted to her and her to him. She's divorced from a cop and in the last 15 years he's been in jail more than out.
What's not to love about Bishop and Remy's story! Bishop fresh out of prison meets Remy at a cafe and the attraction is immediate. This story was emotional at times, angsty with a few twists and turns. Really enjoyed this instalment.
Jaci, you left the best for last. Just a few grammatical errors. The characters in this book feel real. I felt like I was right there in the book. Good job.
I absolutely love Jaci J.. the Hell Disciples is my favorite MC of all MC's ... wish they were real .. I would love to meet their crazy family.. listening to Bish grow with Remi's love.. made you smile til your checks hurt.. Jaci J is a 10* author
The Risk was such a rollercoaster of emotions. Ups and downs. Highs and lows. Packed with emotions that made me laugh and then made me want to cry. Remi and Bish have ghost to hide and run from but they both are missing something in their life. The steamy factor is set to sizzle. The flow of this story is so easy I couldn't stop reading. Love, love, love it!!
I always one-click anything that Jaci publishes. Her characters are a fantastic escape for me and no matter how bad*** the men are there is always a little bit of soft in them that they let their ladies see. And the ladies are always strong, a perfect match for their bikers.
First off I love this author to death, every single book she writes is awesome! But my favorite series is this one and with each book she makes me fall in love every time... seriously her crazy alpha bad boys get hotter every time! Bish & Remi ❤ forever! You need to read this book/series it is my favorite and you won't be disappointed!
I absolutely love this series! This is the sixth book in the Hell's Disciples MC. It is about a member in the Oregon chapter. I've been wanting Bish's book and I'm not disappointed at all. You don't have to read these in order, but I high suggest that you do. If you don't, you'll be missing out on a great series and we wouldn't want that.
Bish has spent 6 years in prison. It was a life sentence. He didn't pull the trigger, but he feels it's his fault. If he wouldn't have been with that girl, then she would be alive. He's in a tough spot now. He's free physically, but his mind isn't yet.
Remi is a waitress at the little diner in town. She is a little weird, but I love her! She's great. But her ex is a douchenozzle.
I love how these two come together and how Remi seems to get Bish out of his head, well, not at first because it's Bish. Things can't be too easy for him.
That epilogue is fantastic. We get to see a whole new side to Bish. I knew he had it in him!
I loved Remy! So independent and strong. I loved her perky personality and the fact she never gave up. Bush was HOT. He was pure alpha with a heart of gold. They made the perfect couple! Loved this book...can't wait for more!
Bish is the most complicated biker yet. He's been through it all and is just drifting through life until Remi. In spite of everything they make it work even though evil seems to be lurking on the horizon. Can they have their happily ever after? I have a serious bookhangover!
Love this MC series. Every book in this series is a 5 star read. The characters are well developed and the banter between them makes it a little comical or gives some comic relief to the drama and sadness. I think Bishop maybe my favorite thus far.
Who doesn't love a broody alpha male? Especially one like Bish! Remi is perfect for him. They are perfect for each other which makes the story flow. Even though it seemed that Bish went from 0 to 60 in like 2.5 seconds in regards to his feelings for Remi it still didn't make me want to put the book down as a matter of fact I'll be doing a re-read of the Jack J books I have.
I love Bish and Remi as much as Bish tries to not to love her it still happens and it's awesome Bish has been through so much but Remi gives him the love and strength he has needed for so long . You need to read this and the other 5 books
Even though Remi is clueless, you can't help but love her. BISH, a rough, tough and dangerous man is fighting his demons from a lot of years he spent in prison. No matter, Remi falls for him almost at first sight. BISH, not believing he is good enough for her, falls hard for Remi thanks to her perseverance. Good story, bad cop and all.
Love this series and can't wait to see what is next. I enjoy Jaci J's writing style. The story between Bish and Remi was so fun to read. Bish is gruff yet sweet and you can't help fall in love with him.
When I saw this was a MC book AND set it Oregon I knew I had to read it. And it did not disappoint.
Bish is sure a troubled man and yet meeting Remi changed his life and he wanted to be better for her. And even before he even got to know her he knew she was something special.
Remi was just living but not really enjoying but she meets Bish at her work and there was just something about him.
I loved that they had a strong connection from the start and as they got to know each other it grew. There were some nice twists and turns throughout the book to keep you on your toes which I would never say no to.
Bish has the support of his MC and I like that we see that bond. But Remi's bond with the girlfriends/wives is also a great aspect. So between the main couple and their friends you get a lot of dimensions there though out this book.
I highly recommend this book if you like a big, bad hero type and the girl who saves him.
Bishop "Bish" Garcia has just gotten out of prison after 6 years, and not taking getting out as well as he would wish, because he feels a darkness that he can't shake. That is, until he comes face to face with sunshine, in the guise of a beautiful girl. Remi Winters is starting over in life, after getting out of bad marriage. But this doesn't change the fact that she's still a sunny person. The day she meets Bish, she's not sure why, but she feels a connection to him, and even though he tries to push her away, they can't stay away from each other. Jaci J, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! Once again, I have come late to another super exciting party disguised as the Hell's Disciples MC series. I LOVED the sunny Remi, and Bish with all of his dark and twisty self. Together, they offset each other, making them perfect. She brought light into his dark world. Jaci J has a very talented writing style that I'm fully addicted to after one book. She drew me into her world from the get go, making my heart race cover to cover, and by the end, I was ready to beg for more. I CANNOT WAIT to read everything of hers, past, present, and future, so it stands to reason that this new fan girl HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDS The Risk to all far and wide!
