Short but drawn-out

The book is meant to be read in a couple of hours, but it could've been reduced to an hour or less. For example, it has two sections on why you shouldn't spend too much time reading e-mail. I thought I got lost at one point because some text repeats almost verbatim. The advice can be boiled down to: 1. Make lists 2. Do important things first 3. Don't get distracted by unimportant things. Some of the exposition in between these points is just too drawn out. Probably the best advice to avoid procrastinating is to stop reading about it and just act!
