It’s time to get your royal on with the first three books in the It’s Reigning Men series from bestselling author Jenny Gardiner, available together for the very first time!

SOMETHING IN THE HEIR

Sometimes a girl’s gotta sweep a prince off his feet…

He’s a prince with a problem, she’s a commoner with a getaway plan.

Modern-day Prince Adrian of Monaforte has a most old-fashioned his demanding mother wants him wed to her best friend’s daughter, the hard-partying Serena. When his refusal falls on deaf ears, Adrian decides it’s time for him to slip away from his gilded cage and figure out his life, all on his own. As luck would have it, event photographer Emma Davison, weary of a revolving door of lost-cause men and tired of her outsider-looking-in career, is in need of her own escape clause, just in time to help a wayward prince in need. And she soon discovers that sometimes a girl’s gotta sweep a prince off his feet.

For any girl that’s ever held out hope that some day her prince would come…or better yet, hoped that some day she’d come to him.

HEIR TODAY GONE TOMORROW

It's all fun and royal games until somebody's heart gets hurt

In his line of work, royal heir Darcy Squires-Thornton has always been content playing second fiddle to close friend Prince Adrian, and happy, too, with whatever brief romantic encounters come his way. Especially one with carefree Caroline McKenzie, whose best friend is engaged to the prince, whose motto has always been "love the one you're with". But when the one she's no longer with is the one with whom she's fallen in love, what's a girl an ocean away to do?

BAD TO THE THRONE

Sometimes you can let your heir down a little too much…

When wild-child Prince Alexander goes on a naked bender in a Vegas swimming pool, cocktail waitress Andi McDonough decides to preserve a shot of those family jewels on her phone. But when she’s fired for capturing the royal treasures, she heads off to find herself. After backpacking the world-over on a dime and a prayer, she finds herself in Rome, where a chance encounter with the wayward prince only reinforces to her that Prince Zander is indeed bad to the throne. And more than likely to her fragile heart as well.

Recaps of Each Other

Other than Something in the Heir, the other two books are simply recaps of each other. None have fully developed plots, nor do the characters have complete backstories. The premise seemed intriguing but never lived up to expectations - just became downright silly books. The editing was extremely lacking. There were too many run on sentences. The book wasn't well written.

Normally, I love seeing characters reappear in each books, but these are so poorly written that they're not that interesting. The change in the characters is too different in some cases. Darcy becomes a total jerk - as if he's bipolar in Heir Today, Gone Tomorrow. Zander is a total screw up and then is a generous, humane man with no real explanation for the difference in Bad to the Throne.

The titles are nonsensical. Most disappointing is that the women are more Alpha than the men. The author seemingly can't make up her mind about the sexual content of the books. Are they fairly clean romances or erotic ones? I'm glad that I got this bundle was free.

I liked all three of these stories, particularly the first one of Adrian and Emma, it was quite amusing, as I am sure the next book will be.

I have been provided with a copy of It’s Reigning Men Bundle: Books 1-3 by the author for an impartial review. In this box set is Something in the Heir, Heir Today Gone Tomorrow, and Bad to the Throne. I’ll be updating this book review as I finish each book.

Something in the Heir

I really enjoyed this story. This book had some really interesting characters that just made you want to be friends with them and just have them in your life. This story is about Prince Adrian finding out who he is and what his life is by running away from his family and he accomplishes this task by having the help of the photographer Emma that he meets at an event that he had to attend. This book was a really easy read and it just had me from the very beginning I couldn’t wait to see what would happen throughout the story and I absolutely can’t wait to read more by this author.

This is a bit of fun!
Completely fictional royal family of a fictional European country.

Book 1 follows how the heir to the throne, Adrian, finds love with Emma.
In book 2, Adrian’s best friend, Darcy (a duke) finds love with Emma’s best friend, Caroline.
In book 3, their younger brother, Zander, who is a bit of a wild child, who falls for a woman, Andrea, who spends most of the book telling him off and slapping his face.
In all stories the mothers are initially fire breathing dragon ladies then flip into caring mothers who facilitate getting their son’s love interest into close situations, while offering relationship advice....

Fun romance stories that leave you with a smile on your face.

Loved all three

It's starts with a nice woman, Emma, doing her job and taking photos at a reception in Washington with her best friend Caroline. They meet the Prince Adrian and his best friend Lord Darcy. He needs to get away and insist Emma by kidnapping her. Caroline & Darcy get together. Then Adrian's brother Zander meets his one in Andi.

Overall good

Overall I enjoyed the first three books in the series. I liked that they were happening at the same time so as you got into book 2 and 3 it would fill in the gaps from book 1. Overall pretty simple stories and simple characters, however they were enjoyable reads. Not sure if I will continue the series.

Wonderful

Loved this set. Great writing and I loved the wit! My favorite was the story of Xander. I enjoyed everyone of this series but I have to admit Xander was it for me!! Now I can't hardly wait to read about Topher and his girl Pippa. I will most certainly be reading more books by Jenny. Great writing!!!

It's reigning men books 1-3

I thoroughly enjoyed these stories. Not many sex scenes but not inspirationally clean. The one thing I found that I did not like was the on and on descriptions that really gave nothing to make the story better...only longer. I enjoyed the characters as well

Loved this

Wow I loved this box set. I did miss the hot steamy love scenes. I mean there were a few but not that many. It was also nice to read some books that weren't filled with errors. There were a few but not many. I also like when the authors gives each character their own thoughts. Nice. Thank you I enjoyed this box set.

It's Reigning Men Bundle 1-3

A fun, light read. Especially the second and third book needs word editing. There are a couple times the story takes a leap too fast forward emotionally to be anything but a fairytale.

Maybe it’s me

I don’t know if the writing was really poor or maybe I just wasn’t into it, but I tried 3 separate times to get I to this book and I just couldn’t. By page 30 I had already skipped a dozen pages and figured at that point I just wasn’t ever going to get into it.

They are looking for a change. And just wanting to be happy. Cute and light hearted. Reading. Who ever said you couldn't find a prince or squire.

Good reads!

Fantasy to reality love stories. Normal to royalty romance, sadness to happy ending. This is a good read for anyone who likes reading about princes and their love
