The packs have aligned. Peace is here. But it came at a price.
Cage’s world shifted when Katalina arrived but not in the way he’d expected. The pain is tearing him apart, and with each day, he loses a piece of himself. Unable to watch Katalina love someone else, Cage sees no other option but to leave the pack. Will he find the answers he seeks? Or has he taken the wrong path, altering the fate of not just himself but the pack he’d once called home?
Anna's world is one of confusion and dreams. When a vision of a boy’s death begins to haunt her, she leaves everything behind in hopes of finding him. But Anna finds far more than she expected. She’ll be pushed to the limits, and her faith will waver.
In the end she must decide—are her visions a gift or a curse?

Wolf Sight was a pretty good book. It's the third installment of the New Dawn series and I honestly thought it was going to be last one. I think I heard somewhere from someone that there might be a 4th book? No clue when but I'll dive into it!
Cage and Anna are two peas in a pod. I love them together. Their journey was beautifully told - even though it started out with her trying to find the Winter Wolf. Now this particular wolf is Cage's brother, Toby.. but eh, let's get back to the Cage stuff!
Of course when they "accidentally" touch they feel the electricity between them. Cage kind of freaks out about it - especially when Anna brings it up because she knows. Their chemistry was so good. Yeah, Cage has demons in his past that he needs to deal with.. but Anna is a puzzle that he needs to solve. They were two pieces of a puzzle guys!
However, Cage and Anna sometimes made me so frustrated. With their decision making.. or what they said.. UGH! I would've been bald if I was into ripping out my hair for fun.
Overall, I enjoyed the heck out of this book and these characters. I want more from them. I need more of them. I feel incomplete right now.
Awesome. Wolf Sight is the best book in the series so far. I’m really enjoying the idea of switching to different main couples for us to get to know different characters. I really enjoy the world-building becoming more in-depth as well.
Rachel M. Raithby has created some very compelling characters that feel very real. I have a lot of love for the characters that we’ve met already, and I really enjoyed getting to know the ones introduced in this book. The plot was fast-paced and entertaining the read through. This series has definitely improved and I’m happy to be reading it!
Definitely an entertaining read that I recommend checking out.
*I received a complimentary copy of this book as part of a blog tour with YA Bound Book Tours. All opinions are my own.*
That was some great reading. A wolf who didn't know himself anymore because of change in the packs and a psychic who wasn't sure if she was gifted or cursed. Cage and Anna were two pieces to a puzzle that only Cage could actually solve. Cage and Anna were on two different paths where the fork in the road brought them together. There was action and tenderness and a bit of heartache in this story and it had me riveted. Rachel you're writing flows with ease and keeps the reader interested. You brought together three worlds; shifters, humans, and preternatural. A must read series full of action, love, with a side of suspense. **Reviewed for Sweet and Spicy Reads, ARC provided in return for honest review**
Enjoyed these three stories after finishing them all. Happy to see a HEA for all the characters. Was glad to see the packs trying to get along with each other.
Wolf Sight is the third book in the New Dawn series, and we find out just what Cage has been up to since he left the Pack. It isn't pretty, and he nearly lost himself within his wolf. He ends up in Canada where he never expected to be tracked down, especially by a crazy girl. Anna is going by her gut, not knowing how much longer she can deal with the information and visions she receives.
A lot of this book is actually before Cage and Anna get together, but it needs to be. That way you see how Anna fits in, how her visions affect her, and how Cage also affects her! I think Cage is a great character, but my goodness, I wanted to whomp him upside the head! Duty is important, but so is life!
With smooth pacing, and no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt my reading flow, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I don't know if there are anymore in this series, or if it is a trilogy, but I highly recommend it either way!
* A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book, and the comments here are my honest opinion. *
This is a good story. It really seems to follow the whole pack and a not just two individuals. There is a lot in here on Seb (the Alpha) and his mate Katalina. This does seem to continue along with the previous books. I have not read them and did not really struggle to follow along.
Anna is a good character. She has had struggles her whole life with her gift and people’s perception. This was shown well a couple different times. Cage is a unknown other than a wolf shifter. I really didn’t connect with him that much.
The story was stolen by Katalina and her packs. There is a ton in here about her struggles and her life. One of my fav characters is Toby. At times I think he is a youngster but others he seems older.
My other issue are the inconsistencies in the story. One min the character is in wolf then it talks about the shirt he is wearing then later it’s says he shifted back to human.
While this is supposed to be about Anna and Cage. It seems to be a continuation of previous books and the lives of those characters. Mostly Seb the alpha and Katalina with a portion on Anna and Cage.
Ilk be honest, Nico and Olivia are my favorite, but Cage and Anna are a close second. Rachel Raithby is a very talented storyteller and i will always recommend her books.
In this installment, we see what caused the devastation we learned about in Wolf Dancer. We are presented with betrayal, alliances, escapes, and near misses. There's a little bit if a Cassandra syndrome here, and a battle that takes far more emotional strength than physical.
You should read this book as part of the series, start with Winter Wolf and read them all in order it major plot points will just be confusing. Each story has a satisfactory ending, but the story arc drives almost all character motivations in this book more than in WD. There are no real cliffhangers, but there is still plenty of issues awaiting resolutions at the end of the book.
My one question\ complaint I've read, and rea Wolf Dancer. I just can't figure out what caused Indiana to decide to target Dark Shadow in the first place.
"Becky and her team at Hot Tree editing continue to polish my work to perfection and cheer me on. So thank you!"
This line at the end of the book is my reason for 3 stars. This is the third ebook I've read from this author, all in the same series. Every single one needs serious editing. It's driving me crazy. If this is a legit team, and/or if this author has an ARC group, lots of people are failing her. This is the harshest thing I've ever said about a book, especially one that I genuinely believe to be an amazing book/series, but in no way are they polished to perfection. I really hope the author goes back and edits these ebooks.
I felt like this book dragged on a bit too long, but because it is well written its worth it. The amount of emotional turmoil the author was able to write is amazing, and the story makes it all worth it.
The romance / falling in love does not happen until roughly 60% of the book. It is still worth the read, as we learn about the characters in depth. ALSO! There is a lot of changing perspectives in this book, and all but Bass gets about equal time. We see: Nico, Bass, Kat, Anna and Cage.
There was a constant perspective shift almost every chapter and it kinda took me out of it and all the plotlines felt more like side stories making the book feel more like a bunch of side stories instead of one main story with side stories. This isn't all that bad as you get to what's happening in everyone else's lives but it doesn't leave enough room for the romance to really bloom and it feels almost out of place. This book gets the t=shelve of soulmates as their relationship IS predestined.
This story was amazing! The wolf story continues with Cage running away from home, Kat battling her pack life and "human" needs and Anna, a psychic, pushed by visions to save a boy's life. You'll want to find out if faith and love are enough to bring two people together while unseen forces are tearing them apart. Brilliant book and I look forward to more!
I have loved all these books, but this may be the best yet! Fabulous characters and a plot that keeps you turning pages as fast as you can read! Loved that Cage finds happiness and love the introduction of a new human, well sorta human, character into the tale! Can't wait to read on in this amazing story! Wonderful read!!!!
This was excellent reading. The storyline was perfect and the characters were inspiring. This author was impressively great. I couldn't put down the story. I look forward to reading more from her. Kudos to her staff team as well. Readers this is a treat😇
My favorite so far in this series but Anna needed more of the story being about her maybe another pack trying to kidnap her or something. But other then that it's a really good read
I have read and greatly enjoyed the whole series. The love stories are beautiful, and wisdom is woven throughout the struggles, challenges, and triumphs.
Can’t say that I find anything wrong but absolutely loved every book in the series. Hope there is more to come and if not happy with the endings so far.
I am let wanting more, more of the stories. I want to see Cage & Anna, Nico & Olivia, Bass & Kat all grow more into their relationships. I want to see more.
This is the first book I've read by this author, unfortunately, I started with the last book..lol..but that is fine because what I read was a wonderfully written story that grabbed my attention and pulled me into the world of these exciting, loyal, strong, and beautiful wolf shifters. This story introduces us to Anne, a beautiful but troubled and broken psychic who's visions of the future have all but destroyed her life and has pushed her into traveling to save a boy she has only seen in her visions. Since she was unable to save her own family because no one listened to her, she can only hope that she will be able to save this boy and try to make right something that she was unable to do for her only family. She must find Winter Wolf, she must help Toby. So she travels and literally runs into Cage, the brother of the boy she must save. When Cage touches her to keep her from falling, he feels the electricity shoot through him but does not quite understand what is happening. And when she tells him what she knows, he gets angry and doesn't believe her, thinking that someone from his pack has sent her to find him and bring him home. He is so confused and lost himself that he doesn't quite understand that he has just met his mate.
The characters in this book are so very well written and detailed, with Anne's character being the most complex of all of the characters. She has seen an attack on the pack, she has seen Cage's brother Toby killed saving Kat's life because Cage wasn't there to take the bullet that kills his brother. She is pulled by her psyche to the pack's land and has to explain to the woman known as Winter Wolf what she has seen. Cage ran from his pack, but only because he is so lost that he doesn't know what he will do with himself now that there is no more war between the River Run pack and the Dark Shadow pack because of Winter Wolf's (Katalina aka Kat), bonding with Bash, the Alpha of the Dark Shadow pack. He loved Kat, but they were never meant to be. Now, knowing that she was happy with Bash, having no war to fight, he feels that he has nothing so he runs and runs far.
This is a great story. If you are looking for hotness between the sheets, this is not one of those books. But if you are into an exciting and story of the strength of love, then this book will capture you and bring a smile to your face. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS SERIES! Now I will start from the beginning of the series :)
This is Cage's book. Cage was brought up being brainwashed/told that he would be Katalina's mate, and spent his life dreaming and waiting for them to be together. Katalina was raised outside of the pack (all this occurs in Winter Wolf) and when she learns she's a shifter she falls in insta-love with her mate Bass.
Cage left the pack in Wolf Dancer, because it was killing him to watch the woman he loved, love another man. In this book he meets Anna, a troubled phychic who is following her visions to save a young wolf....who happens to be Cage's brother. Kat and the gang are all here too, and you can count on Kat to create drama with her flip flopping emotions, and magnetism for trouble.
Now I'm going to rant so spoilers ahead. I've tagged them, but FYI spoiler tags do not work if you are reading this on the Goodreads app.
***I voluntarily reviewed this book for Katsindiebookblog, and I gained no monetary incentives nor was I specifically requested to review the book.*** This was a really great read from Rachel. It was very well written, and I love how an author can throw in multiple characters and they don’t get too cluttered. You can still feel who the main characters are in this book. You continue on in the series with Cage. Cage feels that Katalina should be his mate but feels hurt when she chooses another. With all the turmoil ripping him apart, he feels that the only thing he can do is run away from his pack. Life on the run isn’t as simple as Cage thought, he runs into multiple problems, emotionally and physically. When he finally hits rock bottom, he runs into another shifter that is willing to give him a hand and help him out. When things start looking up for Cage, a “crazy human” Anna comes to him and says his brother is in danger. Anna’s not exactly sure what she is, she just knows she sees the past and the future. She’s tired of the past haunting her so she decides to figure out a way to let it go. With new visions, she follows her instincts and it leads her to Cage. However, like everyone else in her life, Cage doesn’t seem to believe her. Eventually she goes a different route; however this could easily lead her into danger. Even though Cage and Anna felt a pull towards each other the second they meet, it obviously doesn’t seem to be enough to keep them together. Anna works on another way to work on her vision where as Cage still isn’t looking towards going back to his pack. Will the 2 of them have their paths crossed again? Or will Cage decide to permanently stay away from his pack and family? Will Anna always be known as the “crazy human”, or can she finally prove to others that she is just trying to help them out? This was a very great love story. This particular story shows that if you fight for what you believe in, happiness and love will follow.
This is the third book in this series and they should be read in order. This book focuses on Cage and Anna, a girl who sees the future. Cage’s world shifted when Katalina came home and choose someone else. He had been trained his whole life to be the best to be able to protect and care for Katalina. He doesn’t know what to do now. Where does he fit what should he do? No one believed Anna was seeing what she was seeing and she lost those close to her because of it. She has been running from her abilities since then. Now she is tired of feeling the way she does because of the meds she takes. She is going to go with her feelings and instincts instead of running from them. Will she be able to help and make a difference? Anna goes on quite an adventure trying to help. Some believe her and some fear that she is up to no good or sent by the enemy to trick them. Katalina sees no reason to not believe her after all they all turn into wolves. The characters in this book/series are fantastic. I love how I get sucked into book. I can’t say enough about this book or the series. I love it so much. I was hooked right from the start. I hope there will be more books in this series. I look forward to reading more books by Rachel in the future.
