Head over Heals is the story of Gideon Hill and Anna Butler. Gideon is the town doctor in Douglas Center where Anna is escorting a group of orphan train children. Anna has never traveled by train before and is taken with motion sickness shortly after her journey begins. One little girl, Maggie O'Brian sticks to Anna and refuses to let her go. Even after the good doctor heals Anna's sickness and adopts Maggie the child still wants Anna as part of her new family. I hope you will all enjoy their story as they learn to love and trust, all for the sake of a little girl with big dreams of having her perfect family.

Oh my goodness, what should have been a routine trip to deliver orphans turns into a nightmare for Anna Butler. Sea sickness!!!! Really??? Well written story.
