TRISCA: One trip. Several paths

Rate this book
The black wolves in Pochtow made a they would start a new pack, which they called Trisca, to go away and find a new place to live. The exodus is everyone's sacrifice for everyone's sake and the only chance of survival left, for both those who stay and those who leave. But Trisca is more than that. It is a state, a time and a proper name to identify (and recognize) those wolves that left their home behind. And Trisca is, basically, a path, for each and everyone, for overcoming or knowing all that used to be hidden. In short, a learning path. In his first book, Mario Spinetta, gives us a marvelous retelling of the trip of this pack of wolves towards their new home, in a world happily filled with colours, sounds, scents, lights and new experiences. Then, Trisca is an invitation to feel -for a moment- like a member of the pack of wolves that travel, struggle, love, argue, laugh, learn... all in all, live each and every one of the ups and downs that crowd our paths. Because, what is our existence but be part and travel our own Trisca? For all of this, when one finishes reading this book and after thanking the experience -just like the wolves do after each meeting with their essence- we are invaded by a unique and clear feeling of peace. And that is when we thank the Universe again. Mario Ramón Spinetta was born in Buenos Aires on November 27th, 1954. He spent all his childhood in Caseros, in the province of Buenos Aires. He has a degree in Kinesiology and Physiatry. Along the years, he has developed an interest in holistic he is a technician in Hoshinotherapy and has studied Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Chi-Kung. He is a Reiki teacher and Magnified Healing. He is a Pranic healer and uses body reading techniques. He was a beekeeper for several years. Father of four, he is now living in Ituzaingó, in the province of Buenos Aires, where he keeps alive his observing nature. Editor's TRISCA is a very interesting book, which has as its starting point the journey of a pack of wolves to a final destination as if it were a kind of promised land. The characters are very interesting and I must admit that I was a little reflected in nearly all of them. The prose is excellent. These wolves speak, fight, suffer and have fun, so the comparison with our society is inevitable. But the highlights (and the originality) are that each one is trying to pursuit its happiness (with different paths for each one, obviously) as well as give us the lesson that everyone should do what is within their reach and at some point rely and put it all in God's hands (Universe or other Higher Being, according to the particularities of each reader). TRISCA make me think a lot. It is a novel very entertaining, spiritual, physical and psychological. It is important to be grateful!. I am looking forward to the next book of this saga. 5 stars!! PS
